After being there for four hours I'd had enough and I walked out. at last they called me on my way home told me to come back and pick up my paperwork instructions on it I got back there with the paperwork with no instructions on it so Laura the director there really needs to look at what she's got going I don't like it. She constantly yelled at the other nurses and blamed them for things I did. Plus i had to go back a third time when they told me so I was supposed to be wearing a surgery brace that they had given me but hadn't given me. This took from 5:30am to 4pm.

I had my Pain Pump installed at the old location and have been to the new location 5-6 times for injections and most recently to double check my pain pump after a fall. The nursing staff are all amazing and the nurses in the Operating Room, whom I have known and been their patient since 2008, and they almost all know me by name any time that I have to get something done at AVSI!!!! Facilities are always extremely clean and well maintained!!! I love that I have a surgical facility where I can relax and trust that everything is going to be fine and as a person with high anxiety they make me feel right at home in the O.R.!!!
