Although the office offers a photo booth for passport pictures, we weren't able to get a suitable photo of our infant there. We had to leave and go to a nearby UPS Store to have her picture taken. The gentleman assisting us at the desk was incredibly understanding and graciously allowed us to return and complete the application process without any issues. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made all the difference. Applying for a baby's first passport can be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and positive. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I brought my two step daughters and it was a weird vibe from the staff, overall. They also were arguing with other people in the library about sign up sheets for kids to read with dogs. They put out the sign up sheet for the activity about 20 min before it began but they didn't want anyone to sign up until 5 min before and they also didn't want a line to form for the sign up sheets. They didn't handle it smoothly or professionally in my opinion. We were in line and decided to leave because it was so awkward.

We were here for a traffic violation of the texting variety. Parking was packed even before 9 on a Monday. Got through to security and proceeded to get our service wait tickets via an e-kiosk. It took about 10 minutes before we were registered and told to go to room 30 where the traffic violations were being heard. Upon entering this courtroom, the judge was hearing testimony from a police officer while the "violating" party sat in the table a few chairs from him. Mikes were sensitive enough for testimonies to be heard inside. I figured that those who contested their citations went first as the arresting officer were present during the hearing. This went on for some time, and a 15-minute recess ended the scheduled disputes. It went like a breeze after that as those with petty traffic citations were summoned in batches of three's. I sat with my teen during the proceeding and the judge was thankful for my presence. We luckily got off a forgiveness as this first-time violator was a minor. We spent a total of 2 hrs and 30 minutes overall. Not quite what I planned for a Monday morning, but I'm sure glad it got the result it did.

The natural light coming from the large windows makes long study days feel less confining. I feel comfortable leaving my belongings at my table while I use the restroom. It's a risk to take unless you ask one of the many kind people around to watch your stuff. There are also study rooms for rent. I haven't used them, but I'm happy to have the option. The parking lot can get packed quick due to the fitness center, nearby parks, and other library goers.

It has seating nooks & a life-sized fake tree in the kids section that adds whimsy. STEAM bins can be checked out for in-library use. They also have sensory kits, adventure packs, & storytime kits available. An arts & crafts table offers changing simple activities like coloring. The DIY check out & return systems are convenient & user friendly. There is a section of books & media for purchase. It's located at Mahany Park, next door to the Utility Exploration Center, which expands a nice family experience. This agency is nothing short of criminally negligent in nature. People argue that they "just work…read morehere" and "don't write the laws", but everyone gets to choose who they work for in this country. I lost my job of 5 years, reported to them that I was waiting on my unemployment insurance to kick in and that there would be a slight delay of a few weeks (which totaled about $200 that would be paid about 2 weeks late), then they IMMEDIATELY reported an entire month (over $400 [with no obligation to report anything under $1000]) as unpaid, despite having records that proved that to be untrue, which lowered my credit score by almost 40pts, which will end up costing me a total of up to $90,000 in APR over the next 30 years as I was just preparing to buy a house as soon as I started my new job, or potentially cost me the entire ability to have a house to leave to my 6 children as the only parent responsible enough to have a chance at that. There is no actual past due amount because the full amount has already been deducted from my unemployment insurance payments. Just an overzealous anti-father government theft agency doing their part to replace strong fathers with the state in order to forcefully indoctrinate our youth with their radical agenda once they render the father a weak figure with nothing to leave to their children.
