I've done business with James before but will NOT be recommending him for future jobs or use his services again. I've been stood up 3 or 4 times waiting all day for him too show and fix his work on a home windows tint job. This has gone on now for 7 months. Unreliable and full of reasons why he was a no show, Again!! Happy to do the work but not happy when it's poor and he has to redo it. Sunlight (hallow effect) completely around the windows leaving which looks like a glow. Not good looking from the inside or outside. Keep looking. read more

Please DO NOT waste your money at this place (for tints at least, since that's what I had done). Also, please note that all my contacts were with James so my review is based on my transactions with him. There were other employees there that were very pleasant while I was waiting. My friend referred me to this place/James so I figured it'd be good. Boy, was I wrong. Through text on a Saturday, I made an appointment for Monday at 4:30pm. I told him that I might get there a little after that since I got off work at 4pm and my commute would be at least 40 minutes. I was told that wouldn't be an issue and that he'd be there. I sent him a text asking if he takes credit cards. No response. (By the way, I was texting since it was stated on FB to call or text.) Come Monday, I actually got off work around 3pm. Called and texted him that I was getting off work early and if it's okay for me to head over. No response. I figured by the time I got there it'd be close to 4pm anyway and wouldn't have minded waiting 30 minutes. I get there close to 4pm. He texts me back as I arrive saying he won't be back at the shop today in time and if I could come in tomorrow. So you're going to tell me 30 minutes BEFORE my appointment that you can't make it and can I come in tomorrow after I've driven 45 minutes to your shop? I was furious. Fast forward a little and he was actually at the shop and said he'll do my tints since I was already there. I asked him if he took credit cards for the 2nd time and he said no, cash only. I told him I asked him that specifically after making the appointment and he goes "I thought I responded to that.", checks his messages and says "Oh I forgot. I get so many texts from random numbers." No apologies, nothing. He said he'll do the tints first and I can go get the money after. I wait less than an hour and he tells me it's ready. I tell him I'm going to get the cash and I'll be right back. He said he'll be at the shop. I get the cash, come back and he's not there. His coworker does the transaction for me. When I got home was when I realized he did a poor job. There were areas of both the driver and passenger side windows and rear window that were not fully covered by the tint film and the driver side job looked like it was done in a rush. I texted him that I was not happy with the job. He tells me he wouldn't have let the car go with something messed up. So I send him the photos. No response. The next afternoon (Tuesday) I text him again. He responds in the late evening (8 hours later) saying he's sorry he's been running around and for me to let him know when I can bring the car by so he can redo them. Trying to be considerate of his schedule, I ask him when he's free. No response. Now it's Thursday. I call and text him if I can stop by this weekend. No response. Friday I send another text and a message on Facebook. Again, no response. Saturday I call, leave a voicemail and send another text. Still no response. I am extremely disappointed and don't like to leave any sort of negative feedback unless absolutely necessary but this is ridiculous and I do not wish ANYONE to go through this kind of experience. Taking HOURS to respond and now NOT responding AT ALL is very unprofessional. read more

Place is great if you are looking to waste your time. I drove from Levitown to Oceanside when I had an appointment at 9 o'clock. Once I arrived I called James he picked up told me I could leave my car with his partner a friend of mine was in a car accident so I was unable to be picked up James told me that he was not going to be in until noon. And said he was not even starting my car until 1 o'clock. He then went on to ask me when I wanted to reschedule to which my reply was that I would be getting back to him I went somewhere else for a better price and received better quality help and was explained what really needs to happen to have my tint fixed. read more
