I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. The measurements where taken by his team and when we talked about the details it was a breeze, and there input was what I felt honest and the best for me not just up charges. They even talked me out of things that aren't needed for my location like triple pane glass and the black trim does fade over time. I did order in fall, and the windows as promised ready in the 6-8 week time frame. We were in a deep freeze at that time. I didn't want to do the install until nicer weather. At this time the windows were installed. All 18 casements, bay window and sliding glass door. I couldn't be happier with the 2 day install for windows and flashing that they replaced throughout the outside of the house. He replied but didn't give me a straight answer, he was actually nasty. I've sent multiple text messages over the past weeks. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When you spend a lot of money with a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and at least return a customer's message. It's frustrating that such a small service request has been completely ignored. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this company. A quality installation is important, but so is customer service after the job is complete.

We really believed we would have an excellent experience and the best customer service since we were paying top prices for customized doors. After we paid $25,000, we call with some problems with the two French doors. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.
