The equipment is so close to each-other so people are walking right in your face which is uncomfortable. The spray bottles don't smell like disinfectant because it's so watered down. There's always trash in the cup holder in the cardio section. Locker rooms are subpar and the steam/sauna again does not seem sanitary. Would be ideal to get new equipment but I understand it's a small business. Hopefully there's some improvement planned in the future, but convenient otherwise and always enough cardio equipment despite rush hour times.

Growing up, playing a sport that required a lot of jumping around...my joints (knees and ankles) aren't what they use to be. I don't feel any pain while on the RealRyders or IndoRowers, which I usually would when I'm working out on my own or taking any other group fitness class. When you're working out at an environment with fun, positive people...and trainers who are passionate in what they do - that tedious task that you constantly dread will become an enjoyable routine that you look forward to. I have been going this month after buying a groupon promotion and I am signing up after this trial period. The past 8 times i've gone, there wasn't a single session that had more than 4-5 people. I've actually been there when it was just me or one other person. Dan, the owner and trainer, is absolutely wonderful. He's fun, professional and works with each person's weaknesses. For me, i have a problem with my wrists and one of my knees and he always finds a modification for me so I don't get hurt. Oh, and the prices are great too! I truly recommend IronWay for anyone, from beginner to advanced!

I enjoyed the mechanics of the reformer & joined with an unlimited membership that day. I have taken over 60 classes in less than 3 months & throughly enjoy each & every class. Not one class has ever been the same with each class providing a total body workout. I have noticed significant chances in my body relating to strength & overall fitness. I have never taken a fitness class that speaks to me as pilates does. All of the instructors appear to be very well versed in the human anatomy muscle family & how to make modifications to align your workout with your body's limitations. There are 3 levels of classes, with the 3rd requiring an assessment to access. There are all ages but unfortunately mostly women (of all ages) as I think my husband would greatly benefit from this type of fitness activity.
