It got to the point where it seemed like hardly anyone went there anymore, and honestly, I had pretty much written it off. But let me tell you...the Forest City Pizza Hut has made a comeback! Since the remodel, it genuinely feels like a completely different restaurant. It seems like they've brought in employees who actually care about their jobs, their customers, and the quality of the food they're serving--and it shows. Over the past year, we've ordered from them through DoorDash and eaten inside the restaurant numerous times, and we've consistently had great experiences. The tables are always clean, the food comes out exactly how it should, and when we ask for extras or special requests, they actually remember them! That may sound like a small thing, but these days, consistency and attention to detail go a LONG way. Our food is always fresh and on point, the restaurant is clean, and the service has been consistently good.
