I literally come in once every 6-8 weeks, so not sure why I deserved a welcome like that. My previous visit back in November the worker actually said "are trying to ruin my vacation?" Because I suppose they didn't want too many clothes to review before the holiday. It was one bag. Not sure why they are so critical to the people literally bringing in all of the items they need to run a business.

They even had a flame for which we don't see here in California for sale. The staff it was actually very friendly. Southern Roots offers style for both guys, and the gals: classic looks, casual comfort, and outdoors wear by Patagonia, and other brand names. Classic Birkensock sandals in many colors and designs. Water wear sandals & shoes. I bought a Patagonia "NOH2O" rainproof hooded windbreaker with big waterproof pockets that has done the job when needed, really came in handy. Accessories, hats, sunglasses, accent jewelry, socks, gloves, and more. Staff was pleasant and helpful during my visits. The new Roots at 505 N. Goliad has it's own parking in back, and along the north side. Marked ADA parking space & ramp entry into Roots. So, looks like February 13th, a Saturday, will be a "Block Party" to welcome Southern Roots.

I bought a belt for my son at the outlet in Allen Texas and spent like $500 on clothing the same…read moreday. The belt did not last even three weeks, it broke. I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time!!
