REI asked them to leave because they said they were hindering the business recently. This wasn't a heard of funeral children. These were adults with disabilities exercising their right to live in a community and be in public. They weren't doing anything wrong. Do better. Our community is counting on you for at the very least an apology.

He checked everything on the bicycle and could not find anything it needed. I was impressed as he could have told me it needed different things to be done, and I would have fell for it. I highly recommend them as I went to three other shops and they didn't really care about checking out the bike, they were only interested in trying to sell me a new bike. Today (January 10, 2025), the store contacted me saying they have footage of "me" picking up the merchandise, so they wouldn't be issuing any refunds. How can someone say for certain that I picked something up, and they don't even know what I look like? There's no request from my app, or my phone number, to pick up the item. I have Google Maps confirming that I was over 20 miles away on Black Friday. And yet, the store has "confirmed" that I have picked up my item from camera footage. What a joke.

Poor customer service. Bought a relatively cheap felt hat for $175. Or at least they act like $175…read moreis super cheap. The hat was white and it arrived with a stain on the top and the white was as if it had been sprayed painted and I couldn't touch it without the white getting all over everything. Some transfer has been known to happen but this way crazy. The day it was received I sent a picture clearly showing the larger stained in the tip where the hat was discolored. Almost like a clear oil stain. Their response was literally well there is nothing we can do. Not hey we are sorry we can help get you a replacement. Not hey don't worry you can return the hat for zero shipping and we can t get a new hat ordered. Nope. For the price you can literally buy a hat if this quality online for 1/4 or less of price. Given their attitude, lack of service and poor price to quality I ended up just buying a hat with a competitor and I couldn't be happier.
