I arrived and asked if walk ins were available. They got someone to cut my hair. I was greeted and asked if I wanted a beer or whiskey. I politely declined. I had my barber that I wanted a come over fade with a hard part on my left. I additionally asked for a beard trim. The only thing she asked of me was what level I wanted on the sides and I said a 2. She didn't ask me anything else and cut away. I was happy with the fade but wasn't happy with the length on top. The amount of trim of my beard was way too much. At times, I felt she didn't know how to proceed. I'm not saying I al dissatisfied all together, but I wasn't exactly happy with it either. My fault partially for not describing exactly what I wanted, however barbers should also ask if the cut is good as they go. The price was way too much. Overall, visit could have gone better.

He listened to me and then did exactly what I wanted and even offered a few suggestions. I have a longer beard and everyone wants to cut it shorter than I want. But, Blare trimmed only enough off of the length to even it up. I am bald and he did a great fade/taper on the sides. I am definitely a return customer. I didn't have any ale as that is one of the factors that got me fat. However, if they start offering scotch, that might be too hard to resist. (hint, hint!)
