Be really careful and watch your credit card statements carefully after shopping here. I was charged more than $700 dollars for an item that I did not end up purchasing, I wasn't even provided a receipt for this charge. When I called to report it they were very nonchalant, refused to help me over the phone and requested that I bring my card and credit card statement in so they could look at it. Absolutely NO REGARD for me and my inconvenience due to their error, actually didn't really care at all. The manager blamed the error on their "outdated" credit card system, as if their system was my fault. Was stuck with having to take time to correct their error-when I had COVID. I can't help but wonder how often this happens to unsuspecting customers. Not sure who is "running the shop" but someone with authority definitely needs to step in and oversee their processes. Not a good experience at all and extremely inconvenient and time consuming. Southeastern Salvage, do better-provide better customer service, get your act together, quit charging people for things they don't purchase. read more

Southeastern Salvage has a varied and interesting selection of items for remodeling an office or a home. It's worth stopping by just to look through all of their selection. It's hit or miss, you might walk away not finding anything you really want, or you might back up your pickup and fill it up with new and interesting items and end up redecorating your whole space read more

The management is extremely rude to and unreasonable with its staff and customers. Good luck getting a return or any kind of customer service. The staff is openly scared of management and therefore can't do their job for the customer. If you ask me the foreign furniture isn't worth the un-American customer service. read more
