They let you look and give you a mirror to check if there are any hairs left on your body. If you see some speak up. Everyone's pain tolerance is different but they are in no control over your pain. My scars are now orange instead of white - there is no camoflauge or blending with my skin at all. I went for a follow up and Zoe offered to remove the ink. I asked if I could get a partial refund since this service did not work and was so expensive. She said no. But offered a different treatment option to help with the scar texture that would also cost more than $1,000. Why would I invest more money into more services when the business doesn't even stand by the service already given? I said no to the ink removal process because I don't trust this business with my skin given how much worse things look now. I don't recommend the camo service. Too expensive and no guarantee of how it will look after. I didn't expect perfection, but I don't like that this place charges a premium for a service that may or may not look good. So I'm out $1,000 but lesson learned.

I assumed she was just cleaning up the area or that it was part of the service. When I went to pay, I was shocked to see a $60 charge. That was never discussed beforehand, and I would not have agreed to those additional services had I known they were extra. I paid because I didn't want to argue, but I left feeling misled. I want to emphasize that this review is about this specific experience, not the business as a whole. I've had many positive visits here, and the other technicians have always been honest and professional. My only concern is that customers should be clearly informed about any additional services and their cost before they are performed. Transparency is important, and I hope this was just an isolated incident.
