The technician arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable. When the inspection was done Chris explained the problem and what needed to be replaced. The unit is 16 years old and I was thrilled he did not push to replace the unit immediately. After the repair was complete I asked about getting a quote to replace the unit. I received an email that evening and a follow up call from the owner of the company the next day. Still no high pressure!
