First setting the appointment was a breeze with an instant text confirmation. I received a confirmation text when the tech was enroute. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and how he would fix it. This was a new home I bought 7 months ago and the previous owner apparently didn't do many services on the unit. He thoroughly cleaned growth that was discovered which I absolutely appreciated as my son has allergies. He called the owner "Adam" to get some pricing for a new unit installation. This ac of mine is 11 years old. So, it will be time to replace. The tech had me up and running within 30 minutes. System needed a flush to drain the pipes. Needed a cleaning. All done for a super reasonable price. They offered me about 8 options for a new AC unit and handled that ranged for Savings to super delux but did not push for a sale.
