We talked about the process of the lining, the repair, and we talked about kids and life, as well. It was like I knew her a very long time. I made the appt for the camera. While at the home after the camera inspection, Ryan told me there was a blockage and the camera did not go all the way through. It was as bad as I expected, and I was really nervous. The video was submitted to Dan. Dan called me and went through a thorough explanation of what they do and what needed to be done to repair and line the pipes. After speaking with Dan, my nerves were calmed. I felt I made the right choice in calling and using Kwik Plumbers. He offered me a fair price and worked with me as we were repeat customers of theirs. Number 1- I had the day off when I made the appointment, Number 2- this involves a rat that completely freaks me out. Keith and his partner did exactly what was planned, a thorough pipe inspection and checked my house for other entry points like an exterminator, including going on the roof to be sure everything was sealed up, and checking the attic.
