They could have put a camera through the line instead. They also did not clean up the mess or put grass seed down. When I called I was told the they were insulted that I wanted a refund. Paid $1500 and then had to have another company come out and do it right. The second company only charged $500. Do not use this team for a septic inspection when selling a house. They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems.

I was so grateful to call this company and they informed me they serviced my area and once I told them about my issue they gave me a time frame of when the technician will be coming to my home to check out my heater. Jimmy came and was phenomenal! He found the problem..explained it to me and it was fixed within 15 minutes. He also informed me about the maintenance plan. The value of the service was a good price range and they informed me of the price prior to fixing the problem. Great service, great work and would highly recommend them!!

Lately though we have been increasingly disappointed. In an apparent search for effeciency, customer service is slipping. Case in point, their new automated service notification system that supposedly provides you information on when to expect a technician to arrive. We have a service contract and a tech was supposed to come out to inspect the system to make sure all was working well. First, sometime today is not helpful. We have busy lives and other companies at least give you a reasonable window. Second, when we were finally provided an arrival time (between 12:30 and 1:30) and confirmed it, we waited for over 2 hours after that and never got an update or saw a technician. Texts to the automated system generated a form response that the tech was delayed...obvious and not helpful...maybe provide a revised ETA? Third, we finally called the office and canceled the appointment (it was about 4) and said we'd call back to reschedule. No apologies for the inconvenience...nothing. I am hesitant to reschedule and risk a replay of a wasted day due to questionable customer service. Last winter we had techs come out under the service contract to do the annual check up of the heating system. When we asked the technicians to show us the proper way to drain the boiler, they didn't know. Go back to a people run and focused approach. That was why we stuck with Davis so long in the first place.

Found someone else to look at it and repaired it and could have been that ice maker in freezer was turned on the whole time. Was not hitch up to provide ice. That was clicking noise I kept hearing and may? have been why compressor died.? Also Whirlpool was of no help except to sell me an extended warranty thru another company! I would NOT buy from Haley's again or buy Whirlpool!

He kept me updated at all times when the start date would be (which happened to be sooner than expected, which was a major plus!) when the crew arrived, they all introduced themselves, and made sure that all areas were covered before starting work.
