Called on or about 02/23/26 looking for headlamp assembly for a 2015 hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Gave all pertinent information the gentleman at the business and in exchange he gave me price and availability of the part. I told the associate i would call back after approval to purchase the part. I called back on 3/3/2026 at about 09:28 and spoke to a female at which gave her the information i had and explained that i had called the week prior and just wanted to make the purchase. The associate became irritated and condescending because i asked if i had to give all the information i had previously gave. With a arrogant response she stated " thats what i just told you". This was after calling back and getting the vin and other information requested to insure the correct part was purchased. After the second conversation I decided my business was'nt worthy of her time or patience to assist me while at the same time i was attempting to take care of my customer. Needless to say convenience or pricing would not deter me from going elsewhere going forward. I hope she can reflect on how important customer service is and being polite and helpful is always a win. read more

Gave 2-stars because they did ship quickly, unfortunately might have been a better result had they took more time. Been trying 2 weeks to return an X-pipe. They sent the wrong size for my C7 Vette. Spoke with a sales guy last week, who promised to send RMA. Last I've been able to contact anyone via email or phone. You wanna understand who these people are? Go to their web page and search for a RETURN menu! Ain't none that actually gets you to a RETURN process! Give a call, there's exactly two solution menus, 1-SALES and 2-Technical. Push #2 you get muzac, then recording to leave a message (don't bother). I recommend you do not buy anything from ONE WAY dealers. They'll send it out, but they'll never take it back! read more

Buyer BEWARE! BBB grade = F [1 of 5 stars], 29 complaints in 3 years!!! Wow, it was worse than I thought... Prepare for your ORDER to be CANCELLED for their convenience. Absolute WASTE of my time. Placed an order online for the AFE Sprint Booster with a coupon code ($25 off) over the weekend which was accepted and paid for. I called on Monday to confirm the part number and item for my C7 Z06. I get an email on Tuesday saying my money has been refunded and my order has been cancelled. They claim it was due to CARB and cannot ship to CA which I call their bluff and here is why. Nowhere on their website or item description did it say anything about CARB and/or shipping to CA (or lack there of in this case). ALSO, when I physically spoke to the representative on Monday over the phone he pulled up all my information INCLUDING the shipping address. There was, again, no mention about not being able to ship to CA. I then noticed they updated their website with "sorry, no coupons" for that item but ZERO mention about CARB or shipping to CA which cements that they obviously did NOT was to fulfill the order. So I called AFE and placed the order in with them (over the phone with no issues). It is, however, on backorder but I can wait. Definitely makes you wonder about Southern Car Parts... I was recommended to this business by a local mechanic after I mistakenly purchased the wrong size engine from another business out of state. The mechanic had prior dealing with this business mainly because they are local and also those prior dealing he was very pleased with everything. Parts and employees taking the part orders. I personally was pleased with the prompt order and professional attitude of the salesperson. After pick up of engine the mechanic had a issue with the condition of the engine and called the business to speak to someone about it because it was not up to the quality of prior purchases. Understanding that this is a used part and not expected to be new...that became second to the bad attitude of the person he spoke with. As an adult and a business you should be able to conduct business better. Especially when speaking to someone who just spent $1000 dollars with you. I spoke with the individual personally to get a better understanding of the issue and was met with the same bad attitude. From the start of the conversation it was noticed. I introduced my self (full name) and that i ordered a engine which was picked up earlier in the day. And that my mechanic had a issue that he called about. His is immediate response was....I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT..WHO ARE YOU???...Im positive I started the converation with that imformation. And as stated before..used parts arent perfect as expected...NOT THE ISSUE...the bad attitude is. I really hate doing business with people who are mad for some unknown reason. Im positive that attitude changes when business is slow and you are hoping the phone rings. Now granted I am only one customer. And my mechanic is only one mechanic. But word of mouth business still exist. I wouldnt have known about this business if it was for the recomendation of the mechanic. I was one of four other people who he shared his opinion and telephone number with at the time we were discussing how to get a better quality and also closer in location engine. Not sure what the other folks were looking for but a sale is a sale. Currently the mechanic is done with this business. All because of a bad attitude. It was about 4:52 pm so it is possible this person was looking forward more to spending the money than the person who just gave it to the. Well hope the dinner or mortgage I assisted with was paid. I refuse to spend money with bad attitude individuals. I will more than happy to get things shipped in from out of state or move on to the next parts dealer in the future. And also would advise anyone else to do the same. You will get great service up front. But after money has changed hand and part picked up you cant expect much customer service.
