Rachel at the location on S. Polk St in Dallas was extremely difficult and unprofessional to deal with. I made multiple attempts to communicate respectfully, but she continuously talked over me and made it nearly impossible to have a productive conversation regarding my daughter's case. I provided all necessary information, including my daughter's location, facility name, city, and state. I also explained that I live four hours away and offered multiple reasonable options to submit documentation (certified mail with return receipt, fax, or email). Despite this, she remained combative, argumentative, and dismissive. During the call, she went as far as calling me "dumb" and "slow," and made inappropriate personal remarks. This behavior is completely unacceptable under any circumstance, especially when a customer is simply trying to obtain basic information. What should have been a simple request turned into a 30-minute interaction filled with unnecessary hostility. It was exhausting and completely avoidable. Rachel makes it extremely difficult for people to get even the most basic assistance. She directed me to contact the manager, Trisha, at the Coit office, while simultaneously mocking the fact that I had already spoken with her. This only added to the confusion and lack of professionalism. At this point, I have serious concerns about how this business operates. I do not trust that proper procedures were followed, including whether my daughter's signature was obtained. Because of this experience, I will be involving my daughter's attorney moving forward. I remained calm, respectful, and patient throughout the entire interaction, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable.
