Wish I would have found this place years ago. Called to see if they could replace my watch battery on the spot. Scott replied, "No problem. That's how I usually do it". $25 We also talked about my Bertolucci watch, which is 28 yrs old and the band broke. Everyone else has said "sorry can't fix". Not Scott. He was actually excited to hear about it and felt challenged and eager to get his hands on it. Shop is small and has product for sale. Highly recommend. read more

Hidden jewel (bad pun) run by the same gentleman for decades. I inherited a nice watch from my grandfather and damaged it by winding the movement too much (it's over 60 years old in my defense). They were able to fix it in a week or so (had to order some parts not readily in stock). Mom had a gold ring custom made for me and I chipped an edge - didn't realize real gold is very malleable. They were able to laser weld (?) it and good as new. Skip the chain (sorry for the jewelry puns) stores and bring your repairs to a locally owned small business. read more

Scott, the owner, is awesome! He has helped me time and time again with setting loose gemstones into rings or necklaces, resizing rings, and general advice on jewelry. He is very clearly a pro and is so personable and friendly that it makes the whole experience a breeze. His prices are fair and he explains exactly why things cost as they do in a way that makes sense. For example: he will weigh gold right in front of you and show you the market rate so you know exactly what you're getting. If you have the time and inclination, he'll walk you through exactly how rings or necklaces, etc are made and is generally so knowledgeable. 5/5 would recommend!! read more

Scott was so kind, and worked diligently to turn my watch around! I went in for a bevel repair on my Rolex, and quoted time frame was 7 days. Scott had my watch ready within 4 days, and it looked good as new on pickup! Came here to get a battery replaced on my watch! Quick in, quick out. They even removed a link on my watch and didn't charge me a penny extra.. A plus. Parking can be tricky but you can try the side streets. Recommended for a quick battery replacement. They even recycle old batteries :) read more

Was visiting Dallas and googled resizing rings and Lower Greenville Jewelry was the closest place. Scott was great. Wonderful to work with snd explained everything. Sent me pictures during the process. I asked for same day resizing and he said no problem. I recommend this jewelry business snd Scott. His price was 1/2 of the big jewelry stores and faster service. We've fixed small clocks, belts, purses, old radios, silverware, silver services, fans, old car clocks...we've fixed a lot of things. We've been in business for 24 years, and do almost everything in house. We try for a very fast turnaround on your work, and most of our business has been by very satisfied 'word-of -mouth'.
