Dr. Mafla since the first visit has been awesome in caring, educating, and telling a joke or two. The whole staff loves to teach and are patient with you. The wild part is they are holding the equipment I paid for. I missed due to my father passing and told them over the phone after I missed the first appointment and told them I would be out of town and they still charged. will never step foot on their site and sending a complaint to my insurance for being fully charged and never having the equipment delivered. stay away from this place and find another dentist office.

At first I dismissed his comments towards her, which seemed to be a mistake, as he is very comfortable at speaking to women the way that he does. I told him about some 3D X-rays I'd gotten done the Assistant wanted to look it up to see if they had put it in my file and he starts telling her you'll never find it, and please teach me if you do, then when she couldn't find it after he was mocking her openly in front of me, she just stood back and allowed him to try and find it, he started going off on her telling her never in the history of creation have the systems operated like that and continued to berate her openly in front of me. I was silent for a minute before I quietly said, Dr. Anosike is this how you talk to the women in your office? And he started trying to say I don't understand all sides and that he wasn't being mean towards her, and I was confused on the feelings, I then told him my once low blood pressure is high and my heart rate is up after listening to him talk to her that way, so it's no mistaken feelings, he then walked out of the room. I immediately got up out of that chair so quick. Looked Jalina in the eyes and said never let a man speak to you and treat you this way, but you don't have to do nothing because I'll handle it. Be weary, this man travels, and is also the OS at the location on park lakes dental. (They are very much aware of his behavior as well). This man is a disgrace to all OS in humble, and to be a Nigerian man at that. I can assure you he's shamed his mother and father for raising a man of this character. It's an abomination to God and I pity his wife if he has one. If he was concerned about his personal life being examined, he would have shown greater care at being professional in the workplace. I'd rather keep my imperfect smile than let this man operate on me. Nothing will go well for a man like this. I've even left with bruised lips from the excessive pulling and stretching during procedures. They're also very expensive, so be cautious about recommended treatments you may not actually need.

I called this office with the SPECIFIC request of the cost of an extraction. I was clear that I had…read moreno insurance, wanted no other work, and strictly wanted to know the cost. I was told I would need an exam (free of charge) and we would go from there. The cost of the extraction would be $89. I reiterated that this was an emergency and was hoping for the extraction the same day. I was advised that if it was a simple extraction - (how would they know? Fair enough). It was a 45 minute drive for me and I chose them strictly based on the price. The office was clean and professional. The exam thorough and again, professional. I was told I would need an antibiotic due to infection, and they could do the extraction in 5 days. Completely understand. The cost? $179!! I asked 'how does it go from $89 to $179?'. Then the rhetoric. 'Oh well that price is only if you get this and this and that and blah blah blah.' I could not have been more clear. I believe they were completely disingenuous with me and I once you lie to me - how could I trust you with anything? No thanks!
