I am sooooo glad I chose to make my appointment here. Got to fill out my information online so I went at my scheduled time and didn't have a wait time. First impression: very clean, advanced equipment, nice rooms with entertainment, and the friendliest staff ever at a dentist. After signing in I was in the waiting room for about two minutes. Someone had just been called to the back so I thought I was going to be there perhaps 15 minutes, but instead the dentist that was going to treat me came out and took me to the back himself. Dr. Sahegin was awesome- he asked me if I had any concerns, answered my questions, and we decided to just do a general examination and figure out my workup. Michele came in, introduced herself, and took me to do my x-rays: some positions were slightly painful but nothing I couldn't handle and Michele was quick to minimize the discomfort :) Dr. Sahegin did an extremely detailed evaluation at the chair as well. I can't express how much I appreciate this as I've had my fair share of dentists that don't answer questions, look at the general places to do major work, and you're pretty much out the door. Amazing!!! Had to get touch-ups on a couple of things and a filling so I was there a while as the machine was making it. Michele even took me to look at it and at the precision of the coloring. It was nice to see everything that happened "behind the scenes" (maybe its because I ask a lot of questions though lol). I also had a cleaning and Kelli (hygienist) was absolutely wonderful. I asked her a couple of questions and she gave me good tips too. I felt as though I was being a little pampered to be honest. I know it sounds strange as it's the dentist, right? Whenever water splashed on me they would dry it off or if I re-adjusted I would always get an "are you okay?" I couldn't explain that it wasn't the procedure that bothered me as I had my mouth open but Dr. Sahegin, Michele, and Kelli all equally checked up on me constantly. I will say, it was kind of nice :D Before I left, Dr. Sahegin walked me out and talked to me a bit before I left for follow-up questions and to ask me to fill out a survey that the office was going to send me. They really care about the service they offer their patients which means a lot. I have definitely learned to expect more from dentists and can say that I am extremely comfortable returning here. I don't see why anyone should have a problem at Champions Modern Dentistry- they all go above and beyond to accommodate you. Highly recommended!

They took over a dozen X-rays and imaging because they couldn't get the angles correct and then charged me for all of them. They insisted I needed a deep clean and lied on the examination by saying my gums were worse than they actually were. They said I needed other procedures and My insurance came back and denied these claims as fraud. They gave me proof as to why they were fraudulent. I have never had this happen before. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as I am not the only one who had this happen to them

She would not let me give her name. She said she's been going there for 10 years I spoke with the lady name, Penelope very condescending, I had a tooth that was starting to bother me and I wanted to get in as quick as I could. She said they did not let patients come in for just getting a tooth looked at I had to book an appointment for a cleaning I said well I am starting to get a toothache. I just need to come in to get my tooth looked at she refused to let me have that kind of appointment. Of course I went to a different dental office Dr. Landry's office sold me the same day. I was telling my friend of my treatment, and she plans to change the dental offices as well.

Joanne was incredibly patient and took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand my level of anxiety, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. His calm, unhurried approach made a tremendous difference, and I left the office completely pain-free. What impressed me even more was that a few hours after I got home, Dr. Ling personally called to check on how I was doing. That's nearly double what I've paid elsewhere for a similar issue, but since it was an emergency, I went ahead with it. During that visit, they took X-rays. At the end of my appointment, they asked if I'd like to schedule a routine cleaning. I specifically asked if I would need X-rays again, and I was told no, since I had just had them done. Fast forward to today (3/18/25, just 29 days later), I arrive for my cleaning and wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. Then, right before being seen, I'm pulled aside and told that as a cash patient, they offer an "insurance plan" for $99 a month that they try and upsell you, and that today's X-rays alone would cost $199. I explained that I already had X-rays taken less than a month ago, which was the only reason I booked the cleaning in the first place. They then claimed those X-rays weren't "full" and that I would need new ones for a routine cleaning. This practice feels like a money grab. The cost of the X-rays didn't even include the cleaning itself. Meanwhile, other local offices offer new patient specials for $99, including exams and X-rays. I walked out, wasted my afternoon, took time off work and sat in the lobby for 30 minutes when they could have addressed this then but the 2 employees at the front desk were just watching videos online instead. Unfortunate experience, they lost a potential long-term patient. If you're paying out of pocket, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Mary Beth in the front office is amazing the assistants are super nice and Dr Reed is incredible. I had a ton of issues from major health issues for years. Most offices would be annoyed with my medical PTSD ,tmj and trigiminal neuralgia but not them. They meet me with love and compassion every time. I would literally fly here if we moved!
