He explained the worst-case scenarios but also talked about potential minor issues that could be causing the noise. Phil's honesty and transparency immediately put me at ease. They will drive you home after you drop off your vehicle. They also pick you up when your vehicle is ready. This is a great service for households with only one vehicle. We got our SUV oil changed. Only thing they forgot to do was readjust the on board display setting (why I'm giving four stars). Now we have taken our son's car to have the brakes repaired while he is home from college for the weekend. Easy to get appointments. Done in a day. Respectable and reliable service. Every time.

Needless to say, the business will not stand behind their work. I do not recommend getting my auto repaired there.

Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. Overall, Brian is a great mechanic who we highly recommend.
