I get a text at 10:30 PM Saturday evening, saying my technician had arrived. I was not home and I quickly texted back saying I had canceled the service call. I had a contract with them to check on my system every six months. Well, they never checked anything of importance since the Freon was extremely low, and there was a buildup of bacterial gunk that was never cleaned out. I have canceled my contract with them and want to warn other customers to make sure they do their job since they did not do that for me.

The last time we talked I asked her some questions about the new unit. She never called back so we used someone else. Few years later All About Air sent a registered letter saying a permit was still open. Code enforcement came out in 2025 and said stop work. Work was done. The lady in Kentucky should be fired by Reese G. You all can close the permit. We are a Mechanical Engineering Firm that is registered in several including Florida.
