Our drinks didn't take long. The inside is tiny! It is really cute though. They do have some tables/chairs and a bar with a few stools. The stools are pretty high though. I had a hard time getting up and down from my stool. It was nice to sit and enjoy our coffee, but there probably isn't a large chance that there will be seating available every time.

The reason I love it is the flavor. I love the roasts that come out of this shop, and they are all made in small batches the Oak Harbor shop. I usually default to the French toast, but I'll basically take whatever they have brewed that day. Recently though I switched from drip to Americano at the urging of one of their baristas, Alea (she's the one with the stunning curly hair and great smile). Anyway, she whipped out this americano and it was so smooth, nutty, and rich. The crema on top was like candy. Now I get it every time. I'll admit, this stand has got it a little rough. It's right beside the ferry which leaves every half hour, so they sometimes get slammed during the time between boats. Occasionally they have two baristas which helps on the busy weekends, but I don't envy them in that little red box! Basically, I think the world of everyone who works in that box. They are the sweetest people and no matter what the other Yelpers say, I'll be going back for a long time. (Tomorrow morning, in fact)

If that wasn't actually it, it definitely tasted like that. Then two small cherry tomatoes and some seeds on top. They didn't serve the toast with the sea salt or olive oil as stated on the menu - when we asked about the toppings (because it tasted super bland), it was a very rude and dismissive response: "the tomato spread is on there. It's really thin. And - so what, you want some olive oil and salt!!??". Like we were so out of line for wanting what it said the toast came with....this was also $15 avo toast. You can make it way better at home for $4. While the other food and the space were good, this overshadowed as a bummer experience that would make us think twice before returning.

Went back hour later and the guy asked if I knew what the other guy charged me for it before? He had no idea what they charged for hot dogs buns and I didn't get a receipt when I was there before. He said I'm going to have to look up on my Visa statement to tell him how much it was. My Visa statement wouldn't itemize my purchase with them anyway and tell me what the price was.
