I called Kirkland around 7PM and spoke with their Tech Matthew who offered to come right over. I declined because it was raining heavily and I could wait until the next morning for a repair. Matthew stated on the phone it was probably the capacitor and he would be over at 8AM the next day. He arrived on time and replaced the damaged capacitor bringing the AC back to working. Matthew was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing for the repair I felt was very reasonable. I have dealt with 2 other HVAC companies in the past and because of their performances, I did not call them again. I wish I could give Kirkland 6 stars instead of the max 5 allowed. There are indeed other Heating and Air Companies in the Dallas area; but there is only one Kirkland.

That didn't fix the problem so he can out again and found ductwork had come apart - he never even checked in the attic the first time to check where the furnace is to see if the fan was working properly, if he did he would have seen the problem during the first visit. He then billed me again, even though he didn't fix the problem the first time. This is the last time I will call them for service.

It was kind of weird that it was so empty after the other locations being so crazy. I don't know what Iw as expecting but it wasn't this. No one spoke to me or asked if i needed help or anything. That's fine for e typically as I like to shop in peace but i was looking for something specific that i dod not see. I ended up leaving and moving on. I thought this was more decor but ti seemed to be more furniture pieces..? Honestly I wasn't prepared for what this was - I thought it was more like a TJ Maxx, and it had a bit of stuffy feeling to it but also felt cheep at the same time. Which is odd because I have shopped online in the past. I may give it another chance in the future but for now I was underwhelmed

Kirklands sits towards the back of the shopping center in-between the Dollar Tree and HG. Given its location, parking is never an issue! The store itself is fairly large and they have all the home décor options you have come to love and expect at a Kirklands, especially artwork, as 1/4 of the store is legit all artwork! The one thing I enjoy about Kirklands is they are constantly changing inventory and this keeps sales going and prices competitive by doing so. I really enjoy this spot during the holidays! Service is hit and miss, but I will say that I have had more good experiences than bad. The store is usually pretty busy, so rushed or less personal service can be expected...doesn't make it acceptable, but does make it understandable. Overall, Kirklands is a spot I hit when I am out browsing for things I don't know I need or want for the house.

Free parking, and there are many other retail shops in the area such as Sam's, Michael's, Huey Luey restaurant, dollar store, Kirkland's, Walmart, JCPenney, and the Hiram movie theater.

Also, the Knick-knacks that I shop for my clients to help style tables and bookshelves are a plus and I absolutely love the greenery options. From faux trees to mantle-styling faux plants, they have tons of options. The staff is also so amazing! They always help me when I'm checking out with 3-4 carts and help me load my truck. The manager, Ms. Margaret is the sweetest and always willing to help me move items around so I can see it without all the "background" noise lol. Everyone is so nice and the aisles are always stocked! I will say they do need to either purchase the building to the right or to the left because it could've been bigger but I don't think they anticipated how high of a demand that location would've been given that it was opened right before COVID. I love this store and I'm there weekly lol

I am extremely disappointed with the store's return policy in returning a defective product…read more I purchased a rug that began falling apart almost immediately under normal household use. It shed fibers everywhere, and the fibers pulled out after routine vacuuming. I returned the rug within the stated return window and had my original receipt. After inspecting it, the store manager acknowledged that the rug appeared to be defective, yet I was still told that the store could not issue a refund. To make matters worse, this rug was extremely large and very heavy. I had to drag it into the store myself, and I was caught in the rain while bringing it inside. Instead of showing understanding, the manager complained that the rug was wet while I too was standing there dripping and explained it was raining outside. That interaction made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. A customer who returns a defective product with a valid receipt, within the published return window, should not have to struggle physically to bring the item back only to be denied a refund after the defect is acknowledged. Standing behind defective merchandise is a basic part of good customer service. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in shopping here. I hope the company reevaluates its policy and gives store managers the authority to resolve situations involving defective products fairly.
