I went into the store to buy a full bedroom set and mattress. The sales associate and mattress specialist were both very kind and helpful, and together they worked out a deal that fit my budget. I paid in full and was told delivery would happen by the end of the week. Shortly after, I received a delivery confirmation and noticed that a piece of furniture was missing from the order summary. I reached out to the store and customer service, and after several calls and texts during my workday, they corrected the order to include the missing item. That's when things went off the rails. I was informed that due to a "system glitch," the pricing had been incorrectly calculated at the time of purchase, and I now owed an additional amount. I was told I could simply pay the difference via a link--despite already paying in full and finalizing the purchase. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I made a good-faith purchase based on the price presented to me in-store. Being asked to pay more after the fact due to an internal error feels like a classic bait-and-switch. On top of that, I spent hours of my workday trying to resolve an issue that was entirely on their side. When I pushed back, I was essentially told my only option was to cancel the order--putting the burden on me instead of the company taking responsibility. I've been a loyal Ashley customer for years, which makes this even more frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my trust. Buyers beware: double- and triple-check your order, pricing, and confirmations before leaving the store. And be prepared to advocate for yourself if something goes wrong.

After months of basically demanding that they fix their mistake, they finally agreed and 8 weeks ago, they supposedly put in the order to have the top remade and replaced. Well, after 8 weeks, my wife finally called to check on it. Here's a side note, since their stuff is "custom made" under normal circumstances, it will take weeks to months to get your stuff. So we find out that it was never ordered... their mistake. Seriously? We just moved here and there are other "stuff" we need to furnish our house but we would be freaking idiots to ever order furniture from these Bozo's again.

My wife and I are renovating our basement and we came here to shop for bath fixtures and a bath tub. We met with a sales associate who was pleasant and somewhat helpful. But, I don't feel she did much in terms of service besides walking us around to the fixtures, pointing at them and, well, that's about it. We could have done that ourselves. Anyway, we told her all the items we wanted, including a $5000 bath tub. In total, we had about $12,000 in our 'cart'. We went home to confirm we had everything we needed. In the meantime, I decided to price compare before we pulled the trigger. Literally every single item we had in our cart could be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. So much so that when I told my wife the prices I was seeing, she couldn't believe it. After finding every item at Home Depot, Amazon, Kohler, etc, the difference was about $3700 in savings. Not only the fact that they are waaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, the sales associate was completely unresponsive to any email correspondence I sent her. I asked her questions multiple times through email and she just never responded. Surprising but after the price comparison, I never planned on buying from them anyway. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to go to look around, see things in person, be inspired, but as far as purchasing, you can find better deals anywhere else. I really can't understand how they justify their pricing when we live in a world where looking up competitor prices is literally at our fingertips.

He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I was very concerned that stores would not be opening for 2020 due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, but I was very thankful that they found a way to safely open! Masks are required for all employees and customers. This location itself is smaller than most others i've been to, but they are still fully stocked with everything. They also have a clearance section in the back of the store, which is very nice. The prices are always high at Spirit, but sign up for emails on their website for a 20% off coupon, or use the 25% off one i attached a photo off, they'll scan off of your phone.
