I felt stuck when it came to updating my dark, tiny dining area, so I hired Katie to help. Katie's suggestions to repaint the walls in a cooler tone, switch the lightbulbs from yellow to daylight, and rotate the table for better flow made a huge difference in how the space feels and functions! I wanted to kick myself for not thinking of these subtleties on my own, but sometimes you just need a new perspective from someone with an eye for design. She also designed a board and batten wall for the room (inspired by the one I noticed in her own home) and put me in touch with a carpenter she trusts. My budget changed, and I decided to DIY the wall, extending the timeline by a couple of months. Katie answered all my questions and never expressed anything but patience and encouragement. With her guidance, my now-husband and I built the feature wall together. When he and I finally finished the project--and somehow still liked each other--Katie followed up by styling the room with items I already owned. My husband and I now have a beautiful dining room that we enjoy. Katie is so gracious and kind, and the whole project came in at around $500. The hosts were very attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The pool is narrow but surprisingly long, and it was perfect for both relaxing and playing. The kids had just as much fun swimming and playing as the adults did floating and lounging. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and having two refrigerators and two laundry rooms was incredibly convenient for a larger group. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet the location is still very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Sedona area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.

She picked out the paint colors, picked out all of our furniture, decor, and accesories, and used things we already had to stage our home all for one low fee (plus the price of the furniture and accesories). The other amazing thing about Tasha is that she did everything in one day. Yes, she transformed our dark, lifeless cave to a bright, chic, midtown oasis all in one day and for one low fee. The transformation is quite amazing. Plus, she stayed within our budget, which was pretty low. It was definitely cheaper and more practical for us to use Tasha's services than to try to stage our home on our own. So, if you're looking to give your place a professional makeover then Tasha is your person for the job. She does consultations only too in case you want to shop for everything yourself. I also appreciate them being very eco with their space and having the super cool fabric duc work, instead of the typical metal hanging off the ceilings! My favorite items were the farm table with the steel legs and the gigantic yet simple light fixture that spanned most of the show room. Not only do they have fantastic furniture, but since the owners are also in the carpet business; they have a great selection of rugs!
