By the end of the third week I called again and Scotty said he had big jobs that needed to go, so early next week. Ok. Fourth week, Wednesday I called and he said he hadn't looked at it yet but had me on schedule for Monday of fifth week. This is my only car, and Scotty was recommended by someone I trust, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Wednesday of the fifth week he told me he was dealing with an issue on his lift but he was about to put my car on the rack. After work I drive by and see my car hasn't moved since it was dropped off. At this point Scotty decides to tell me he has a lot of big jobs and doesn't know when he'd get to my car. So not only had he lied week after week, he also wasted my time when I trusted he would get it done. I had my car towed to playground automotive in FWB and they diagnosed, order parts and fixed the clutch in 2 days. If he didn't want to work on my vehicle he could have told me before the fifth week. I was completely nice and respectful and he just kept lying. Bad bussiness, wasted my time which is also my money. Lady at the counter was nice enough although it is unfortunate this is the shop she works at.

I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Greg Orr/Porsche Destin with the understanding that I was buying a reliable vehicle and that the extended warranty I purchased would provide peace of mind if anything went wrong. Instead, this has been one of the most stressful experiences I've had with a dealership. Almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing multiple mechanical issues. The repairs identified included a valve body replacement (P0971), lower control arm, CV axle, rear wheel bearing, rear brakes, four new tires, a full engine reseal, radiator hoses and cap, A/C expansion valve, engine air filter, and an alignment. This is an extensive list of repairs for a vehicle I had barely driven. The communication throughout this process was incredibly disappointing. I was repeatedly told by the finance department that my extended warranty required all repairs to be completed through Porsche Destin. Later, a technician informed me that this information was incorrect. Because of the conflicting information and delays in sending documentation to my warranty company, my vehicle sat for weeks while Subaru was unable to perform the repairs. During that time, I was constantly told someone would call me back, but those calls rarely came. Instead, I had to repeatedly call, leave voicemails, and chase down basic updates about my own vehicle. It became an exhausting cycle of unanswered questions and broken promises. My very first service appointment set the tone. I dropped my vehicle off for my scheduled 9:00 a.m. appointment, only to learn later that it wasn't even taken into the shop until around 4:00 p.m. No one contacted me with an update. After multiple unanswered calls and voicemails, I eventually drove back to the dealership because no one could tell me what was happening. An employee had to call technicians after they had already gone home just to find out they hadn't diagnosed the issue and wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. Again, no one had informed me of any of this, despite the fact that I live 30-40 minutes away and rely on my vehicle to get to work. Eventually, Porsche Destin replaced only the valve body. Before that repair, I was told that if my warranty didn't cover certain repairs, the dealership would make things right. That never happened, and the remaining issues were left unresolved. To make matters worse, after only two days of having my vehicle back, it is once again not driving correctly. Considering how little I've actually been able to drive it since purchasing it, that's incredibly discouraging. I'm not upset that a used vehicle required repairs--used cars can have problems. What is disappointing is the lack of communication, the conflicting information, the delays, and the promises that were never followed through on. I was also told the previous owner had taken excellent care of the vehicle, yet the inspection revealed numerous major mechanical issues that suggest otherwise. From my experience, it feels like the dealership is quick to sell extended warranties while selling vehicles with significant pre-existing problems, leaving customers to rely on those warranties instead of standing behind the vehicles they sell. I hope this review encourages improvements in communication, transparency, and customer service. No customer should have to spend months chasing updates, trying to determine where their vehicle can be repaired, or wondering whether the information they're being given is accurate.

They took the time to explain all of the different options, quality, and types. Great staff, beautiful job, and one of the ONLY places willing to touch a Tesla in the area. While we were there we saw them working on another Tesla and applying a ceramic coating. The quality of the work was amazing, the car was shining and absolutely stunning. After discussing the benefits and different types we decided to get the 5 year ceramic coat done. They were easily able to schedule us for the following week. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done by that evening. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! They were able to buff out some of the minor imperfections in the paint and made her shine like she was brand new! 100% recommend them, they were wonderful. Helpful, accommodating, answered every question we had. Fast and quality work. Will definitely be using them again for any future car needs we have!
