I called them and talked to Ashley who sent out Brett the same day. Brett checked the roof and provided me with an estimate to replace the roof. Since I don't live there full time Ashley said they would accommodate my schedule. I called Ashley on Monday morning the 9th of September and asked If they could do the Job that week. Ashley ordered the materials that day and on Tuesday they were delivered. The follow day Brett showed up before 7:00 am with a crew of 5 to do the Job. By 4:00 they had the Job finished. I hired this guy to install new fascia and a metal roof on August 18. He told me it would be about…read more2 weeks to start. He send some people to install the fascia and did a horrible job. As you can see by the pics, there is about a 1" gap around the edge and the vent is not flush and uniform. The fascia is supposed to keep critters out, not give them a welcoming place to live. My insurance company had advised me that they would be cancelling my policy if I did not get the roof replaced soon. On Nov 4, almost 3 months after taking my deposit, he still had not even picked up the materials to start the roof, and I have no insurance now. I asked him when he was planning to start and he said after his crew got back form their Thanksgiving holiday in Mexico. That was the last straw, I decided to call a real roofing company to perform my work. Now he won't refund the unearned portion of the deposit he took. I would strongly encourage you to call anyone else.

My property manager recommend Andrew Johnson and he was very responsible. I didn't like the idea of giving the adjuster estimates to the companies but this one did not go much over the estimate. I found them to be responsive and they never kept me waiting around like the other company did. Andrew's presentation was brief and he understood what I needed done. He was also nice enough to mention the military rebate and I appreciate this company's support of serving members. It was also pleasant dealing with the office manager, Kendall Favor. She was nice and provided the documents.

I made the mistake of trusting United Contracting and Roofing LLC when they convinced me to file a…read morewind/hail damage claim on my roof. Instead of acting like professionals, they pushed me into filing an insurance claim that had NO CHANCE of getting approved--all because they wanted a quick sale. HOW THEY SCAMMED ME: 1 They ignored my request to check an engineering report before filing my claim. I had a 2022 engineering report that showed mechanical creasing and blistering, NOT storm damage. Any legitimate roofer would have known this meant the claim was invalid. I asked their rep, Luke, to review it. He ignored it and filed my claim anyway. 2 They completely failed to do their job. Even without my report, any trained roofing professional should have seen the damage was NOT storm-related. Luke either didn't know what he was looking at OR deliberately ignored what was right in front of him. A licensed Public Adjuster later told me there was NO CHANCE of winning this claim. 3 After they got my claim denied, they tried to sell me a new roof out-of-pocket. Once my claim was denied, their sales pitch changed: "Since the claim didn't work out, let's talk about financing a new roof." It was a setup from the start. They KNEW this claim wouldn't work but wanted a foot in the door to sell a roof. 4 Their manager ADMITTED they made a mistake, then LIED in their BBB response. I spoke to a manager for 20 minutes, who told me outright they should have handled my claim differently. When I filed a BBB complaint, they denied everything and tried to blame me. 5 Now my homeowner's insurance is at risk because of THEIR negligence. My Public Adjuster warned me that filing this bad claim could cause my insurance company to drop me. United Contracting and Roofing NEVER warned me about this risk. They don't care about your insurance, your home, or your financial security--just making a sale. BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY! They don't check anything before filing a claim. They push you into claims that will fail just to get a sale. They take ZERO responsibility when things go wrong. They will put your HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE at risk. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable contractor. Do NOT let United Contracting and Roofing LLC touch your insurance claim or your roof.

I've been trying for almost a month, l received q phone call he said they would be out Monday, no show, no call. Now I have to find and pay someone else to do what I already paid to have done.
