Over the next two months, I followed up multiple times via text, email, and phone. On several occasions, I was told the required parts were "in transit" and would arrive "this week." That explanation was repeated, but no installation was ever scheduled. On 1/29/2026, I requested either a confirmed installation date or a refund. I was told scheduling would be coordinated the week of 2/9/2026, but that did not happen. A final follow-up on 2/23/2026 received no response. As of today, the service remains incomplete. I recommend carefully reviewing public feedback before hiring this company.

After we finally got them to come out, they demanded payment less than 24 hours from completing services and before I even had the chance to validate work had been done (it was a holiday weekend, and we were out of town). They were very persistent in their effort to collect payment, texting me multiple times a day and threatening to engage an attorney and then take a "mechanical lien" on the property (which isn't even a real thing). At this point, we'd tried to remit payment twice but there were issues on their end. all of that to say, I do not recommend this company. find someone else.

These men restored my chimney, showed exceptional patience with my landscapers (who were taking forever to turn on the water for them to pressure wash), and were a delight to be around. Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

We just moved to Denver NC which is only about 4 miles away. I started to see advertisements for fall cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, Brussel Sprouts etc. Checked at Lowe's yesterday and they were sold out so I decided to drive over to Mikes. July and August were very hot and dry and it took a toll on Nurseries and Mikes was no exception. They as well as other Nurseries with the exception of Lowe's are holding off on stocking these plants for another couple of weeks. I can wait but will be back. By the Way, as evidences by their sign out front, the do have a sense of humor.
