The one thing I am not a fan of is the way all restaurants (East Coast is not alone by any stretch) have you pay. They spin their screen towards me so I can add a tip. They give suggested tips on the screen but seriously why should I feel as though I have to tip when all they do is grab the food (if not already there) and accept my money. The suggested tip was between $5-6 dollars. Tipping the person who grabs your food should never be the same tip percentage as you would give if you sat down and someone waited on you.

For one, they weren't tossed in the buffalo sauce, it was just poured over the top, and they also were a tad dry... maybe fried too long. The cheese had a nice flavor, but the sauce was not either of our preference. Could have used more pineapple, less jalapeno to balance the bites. Overall, we didn't finish it, and didn't take the leftovers for later. It could just be our personal tastes, so go and decide for yourself. Not a bad look but it definitely speaks to a casual vibe. Service was very quick. I ordered the gyro plate lunch special and let me tell you, it is a LOT of food. Very delicious food I might add. She offered to give me an extra drink since the one was made incorrectly last week and I declined because I am not in need of an extra drink. I just wanted my drink order to be made correctly today.I get back to my desk to begin to eat my lunch and I realize that there is a dark brown or black loose wave curly hair emerged into my salad under a tomato (I have straight hair). I called back and was told I could not be refunded because the manager/owner was not there and that the only option was to get a replacement meal. Granted I'm on my lunch break on a time crunch. I went back to get the replacement meal and a different young lady came to the window to ask what I needed to help with. I told her I was returning a plate of food that had hair in it and instead of an apology or saying sorry for the inconvenience she just turned around, grab the replacement meal and put the bag out the window. In summary, two weeks in a row something was not right with my order and today the Customer Service experience was poor. It took a little while for our food to come out but not a big deal. There was absolutely no flavor or seasoning in any of the food. The food presentation was nice, but everything was bland, tasteless. Even adding salt did not help. For me, its a hard pass on returning. When we checked out, I noticed that their health score was a 90. We didnt notice that before hand and would have passed. Customer service gets 5 stars alone.
