I…read moresuppose I should have said something when the tech did not plant the yellow caution flags at the corners of the lawn as required but instead planted them willy-nilly in the yard. But the real problem arose the second month of service. Due to what I was told was a "calibration issue" the chemicals applied killed my lawn. Dead. Brown. The owner said they would reseed it but nearly two months later that has not happened. Meanwhile crabgrass and weeds have taken over. An email to the owner with photos saying that I was not pleased was never even acknowledged. I am hoping that the company will repair my lawn this fall but at this point I am not at all sanguine about that.
