The fish was cooked beautifully and packed with flavor, while the rice added a unique twist to the dish. I went with the swordfish and étouffée, and it was outstanding. The swordfish was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the étouffée added richness without overpowering the fish. It was one of those meals where you find yourself thinking about it long after you've left. We finished with the angel food funfetti cake topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. While it was a fun way to end the meal, it didn't quite live up to the incredible seafood and felt a little forgettable compared to everything else.
