And I didn't realize that until after I got home because I trusted the sales person. I had told her that I didn't want a faux bag. When I went back and explained that we must have had a misunderstanding and gave them the opportunity to make it right they failed to stand behind their product. They cut corners too by closing early, wasting my time and a trip there to talk to someone. Buyer beware. If it's your word against them, you lose!

When I returned to my amazement everything I had my eye on, was gone, except 1 thing. My loss....my bad. This store is truly unique, clean, we'll organized & a gem to have found. I have been to the one in Tampa many times & it was also a good store, but did not have the furniture, that the Pasco store offers. I did observe that this store prices its items quite a bit higher, than the Tampa store. Don't quite understand that, but...... it is a worthy cause, Hospice. What's a girl to do? On the 1st weekend of the month, go the day before to scope out the store & then get there when they open, to get the items on your list!

They have something for just about everyone, and I love how they put their styles together and pair it with the jewelry. The items are well-made and the price is reflected, however, but it won't break the bank. They do have some very affordable things and we found a sale item or two. I purchased two pair of shoes, they had a sale for buy one pair at full price get the 2nd one for 1/2 off three weeks ago. One of the shoes had a manufacture's defect and the right shoe in the toe area was ripping. These sneakers were $104.99. I took them to a shoe repair shop and I was told basically it was a entailed repair and it would cost $30.00. Since the shoes were less than a month old I called the store this morning and spoke to Heather, the store manager. She was helpful on the phone. She checked to see if they had the same shoe in the store and found it and put it aside for me. I was initial impressed with her. BUT, it didn't last. When I arrived at the store I found the same sneakers in black and wanted to additional purchase them as well as exchange the defective pair. There are two huge signs in the window buy the first pair at regular price and get the second one at half price. I asked Heather if I could purchase the additional pair at half off. She said yes! Then when we got to the register and she looked at my receipt she changed her mind and said I had already purchased a pair at half off at the time of the initial transaction. I was in SHOCK! Where is the customer service!?! I was again purchasing a new pair of shoes at full price!!!! I should have been allowed to buy the second pair at half off. I was a very happy customer of this location. I have bought all my families sneakers at this store since they opened it. I will never be back again. I will drive to any other location. After all the money I've spent in that store to not be given the slightest customer service gesture is absolutely unacceptable. And lets' not forget that the whole reason this happened was I purchased a pair of shoes for over $100.00 that were defective! Heather should be ashamed of herself and in my opinion is totally unqualified to be a "manager". She needs training in "customer service" at the very least! Come on Sketchers replace this women!!!!

I find it funny that the most expensive item failed to make it into my bag with the others I purchased. I described what the shirt looked like and was told there was no shirt like that there and even with the receipt that they could not determine what shirt it was even when I told them the price and described the shirt... Just seemed sketchy to me...as I was rung up for a 4.00 item that was on the receipt..I get the feeling they thought I was lying about it yet why would I lie about a used shirt! I agree with a lot of other comments the prices are becoming extremely expensive for used items when you can shop on Shein and Temu and get a brand new clothing for way less. I understand this goes to charity and that's wonderful but there are people like me who thrift because we are low income and cannot afford store bought clothing. They are getting ALL the items given to them for FREE.. I fail to see decent savings for items that cost them nothing. So many great finds for an awesome price!…read more The past 2 months my mother-in-law and I have been searching for China sets for a tea party. I found a service of 8 here for an awesome price. It was priced for $99, but it was missing several pieces. Sadly when they received the set it was complete, but someone must of taken a few pieces.... They kindly discounted it for me. Making it an awesome price. I found brand new baking pans for almost nothing. Mini tart pans for 50¢ and $2. A Wilton mini bunt pan for $8 that was brand new! I also found a Michael Kors Keychain for $1! Macy's wanted $40.... As well as a real pearls for $5. Today was my lucky day! The best part it goes to the charity St. Vincent De Paul. They have a ton of pro Second Amendment and Confederate battle flag t-shirts, flags, stickers, metal signs, drink can covers, and other items. They also sell General country/horse themed gifts, purses, wallets, antiques of all types, handmade soaps, collectibles etc. They have a line of CBD oils and vape juices too. The prices are fair and they sell things that you can't get in most other stores. The owners are very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions about their products. I've been to this store twice and bought two of my favorite pro-gun rights t-shirts and some car stickers. If you are ever in downtown Brooksville, be sure to check this place out.
