After about three more minutes, someone brought me a tea in a to go cup. I don't know why they brought it in a to go cup. My server did bring me to go box and a lid for my ranch. Otherwise, though she was not a very good server. I don't know what the problem was. I don't know if it's because she was having a bad night, or preoccupied with something else or what. There was a nice server there named Stephanie, who helped me a few times and she knew what she was doing. I wish she would've been my server instead. I don't know what's going on with this location, but the service is just so wonky half the time. The servers will just disappear. I don't have this problem at the other locations. It's very frustrating to just get ignored though.
