Wade came and gave us the most comprehensive and detailed bid out of all the contractors, included several features we hadn't even thought of and gave us a very competitive price, especially with some additional elements he recommended (retaining walls and drainage. We ended us adding several additional features and Wade worked with us on how to integrate them and he gave very transparent quotes on the additional work we requested.
