Saw this on IG and just needed to stop it was so cute! Until I got there, the receptionist was so cute and friendly but my tech seemed like I somehow inconvenienced her by having a pedi appointment on a slow Tuesday afternoon. Bring your own friends and energy here because the energy the workers give is nonexistent. Literally 4 customers in the salon and zero conversation happening. BORING don't market as cute fun girl energy and provide none of that. My pedi wasn't even good especially considering it was over $70. Also maybe just a me thing but the swings weren't comfortable for my legs. read more

This was a fabulous experience for me and my friends this past weekend. The atmosphere was amazing and we loved the porch swings we sat in while getting our pedis! What a concept! Everyone was very friendly and attentive from the moment we entered the salon. We enjoyed delicious cupcakes from the Silos Bakery and fresh mimosas, all included in the Sweet Magnolia package. We booked two jelly pedicures while we were in town. I booked about two weeks before service. When we arrived they told us they were out of the jelly powder. I was disappointed no one called us ahead of time to let us know, that was the only thing we were there for. We asked if we could have a 10% discount for the inconvenience and they agreed but when we checked out we realized afterwards they charged us full price. This place looks so cute on social media but in reality it was lacking. It was dirty and run down, no one offered us a drink with our pedicures, the pipes above us were dripping on us. Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place or ever come back. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. read more

I got a full set done on a Friday for $100, assuming I would have them looking nice for a date the following Saturday (8 days after). By Monday, a few were lifting. By Wednesday a couple fell off (5 days after getting them done). At this point who cares because I have time to get them fixed. They were able to get me in on Saturday, where it took well over an hour to get my three nails (as another lifted a lot) fixed. She was clearly rushing as she did not match the lengths at all, my pointer finger was like half an inch longer than the others (I filed it down as much as I could but you can still see in the photos) . Literally by end of day Saturday TWO MORE CAME OFF. I have been getting acrylics consistently for 5 years, I rarely have problems with them falling off ESPECIALLY before the 2 week mark. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the nails. The shape was not what I wanted (almost duck when I wanted square), even tho the services took extremely long, so I had to file them myself AFTER spending so much money. I am floored at how bad the quality is that they would keep popping off. For such a bougie little salon I am shocked. I absolutely don't have time to go in again for another hour or so to get these fixed, so I'm just walking around with some busted nails now:(. The tech herself was very nice as well as the other staff. Overall, I would not recommend this salon if you want nice nails that last the expected amount of time. I will not be going back personally as I spent $100 +tip for my nails to be intact for a total of 5 days. the photos are from after getting them fixed. read more

UPDATE: Brandi has personally reached out to apologize, and thanked us for the business we have brought to the salon. She stated she will implement further training in the areas with inconsistencies. She also refunded my mom and mother-in-law's drink charges due to the misunderstandings on both ends. I wish her nothing, but the best in her future endeavors. Don't let the glitz and glamour fool you. Please note that I have utilized services at this establishment on three separate occasions prior to writing this review. This business appears to primarily cater to bridal parties, while other clients are treated as secondary. All negative experiences stemmed from management -- specifically the owner, Brandi. The service technicians themselves were consistently kind and professional. During my first visit, I booked an early afternoon appointment online. Approximately an hour prior, I was called and informed that my appointment would be delayed. I appreciated the courtesy. However, upon arriving at the rescheduled time, I was left waiting for an hour -- because my technician had not even been scheduled to work at that time. For my second visit, I attempted to arrange four pedicure appointments for my family. After experiencing difficulties booking online, I left a voicemail, which was never returned. I also sent an email that was never replied to. After several days with no response, I managed to book appointments online. Upon arrival, we were informed that the specialty pedicures we had selected -- chocolate and coffee-themed -- were no longer offered, despite still being available to book online. While we were disappointed, the technicians were excellent, and my family enjoyed themselves, which convinced me to give the salon another chance. Following that visit, I booked another set of group pedicures five weeks in advance. Two weeks prior to the appointment, I requested to move our times from morning to afternoon due to scheduling conflicts. I was informed they could not accommodate the change, which I understood. However, 4 days before the appointment, I received a voicemail from Brandi requesting to move one of our reservations to accommodate a bridal party. I called back and spoke directly with her; although she initially denied trying to reschedule one of the appointments, she still attempted to adjust our times for the bridal group. It was disappointing to see long-standing bookings being deprioritized in favor of newer, higher-profile events. During the appointment itself, services were delivered satisfactorily. While waiting for our nails to dry, we moved to the bar area. Previously, complimentary mimosas had been offered by Brandi so we each ordered one mimosa. At checkout, we were each charged an additional $10. Upon inquiry on my bill, Brandi stated it was for the drink. I explained that she personally had given them out complimentary last time to which her response was "I was probably just being nice last time." Due to the miscommunication she refunded my money which was appreciated, but the same courtesy was not extended to my mother and mother-in-law, who were also charged. It would also be in your best interest to pass by the cute pajamas and slippers at the checkout. Brandi claimed they were sourced from boutique vendors, but I found the exact items on SHEIN that she had marked up 300% or so. Ultimately, while the technicians were outstanding, the management's questionable business practices and lack of consistency left us feeling undervalued. Regrettably, we will be seeking services elsewhere. read more

While the establishment is super cute and I love being able to have a glass of wine while getting my nails done, they are extremely overpriced. I got a pedicure that was 45$ and 2 glasses of wine, 10$ each. However, when it was time to checkout my total was ~$80. Along with being overcharged, I've had my pedicure for about a week and a half and have already had polish completely fall off on 4 toes. Usually my pedicures can last almost 2 months before they even start chipping. The people are extremely sweet and I love the environment it is just not worth the money. read more

This place is so cute! If you're shopping for the day at magnolia, this is a great place to drop in for a mani/pedi and a glass of wine. Perfect for moms and daughters or girl groups. Or maybe your husband wants to soak while you shop. Across from two boutiques. We showed up late in the day on a busy Saturday and we were so thankful they could squeeze us in. Great location.
