Kevin told her that it could not be repaired and it needed to be replaced. I sent the money and she got the tire. When the associate who brought the car around to her asked her why she didn't ask for a repair because her tire is fixable. He said next time bring a male with her so they don't try and rip her off. My daughter left and called me. I immediately called back and explained what happened to Kevin and told him I want her old tire and my daughter was coming to pick it up. I hope the ETHICAL employee that told my daughter the truth does not get in trouble but how dare they take advantage of my 19 year old daughter. I had to speak up to teach her it is ok to call out shady people and teach her not to let people take advantage of her because of her age or sex.
