Russell and Cory came promptly at the time they said they were and pretty much finished in 2 hrs time as promised. 3. During the installation process, both of them walk you through the machine and tells you the do's and dont's and explain what they are doing throughout. I highly recommend R&S if you are considering a softener. Especially when it comes to water quality, don't leave it to just plumbers, I would use someone like Russell and Cory that live and breathe this stuff day in and day out.

Water flowed from the reverse osmosis after he did that. He told us to wait to use it and let the tank fill up. Hours later It did not fill up and he is now saying he is not responsible for anything. He said we probably need a new unit. What a waste of money - he has been reliable and good for years but something has happened. He installed the unit for us 10 years ago and has always serviced it. So this past winter I wasn't worried about my water softener freezing because it was inside my garage protected from the elements. While they were working on that I asked them about a reverse osmosis water filtration system. They were able to replace my existing set up and I asked them to hook it up to my refrigerator as well. So I do not have to replace the refrigerator filter and I get reverse osmosis water chilled and ice! They call once a year to replace the filters and with labor it's just a little more than Amazon.
