Originally we couldn't get into the house due to the seller setting the wrong time for the appointment, both were understanding and got everything they could on the outside of the home done before while we waited for the sellers agent to come open the door. We got in an hour and 15 min late and it was on memorial day. I felt awful but they were so understanding. Scheduling team: C, when there were scheduling issues when an inspector couldn't make it out, they scheduled me for the next day without telling me and said "I agreed over the phone" when I had asked if they had other times/inspectors available over the weekend and they said they'd call back over the phone to let me know, but never did (prompting me to call them after a few hours).
