He is also incredibly patient and walked me through everything he identified and clearly explained all the issues. Now that I have purchased the house, it is very easy for me to explain to the contractors the different issues that need to be addressed. Eric also went above and beyond and answered extra questions I had that weren't related to the inspection regarding renovations. He even came back to me the next day with sketches and ideas on how to do the renovation I was considering. I scheduled a whole home inspection including termite and thermal readings on 12/2/2020. Despite the rain, Eric Christie was prompt and EXTREMELY thorough. He was courteous, professional, and even took the time to walk me through the report and immediate repair needs which allowed me to prioritize and budget for the next few months. Eric's knowledge is extensive. He explained why each item was considered deficient and made remediation suggestions as well as the right language to use when making repair inquiries.
