He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. I thought it was a plumbing issue (shower), but it was actually a leak coming from the outside of the house into my basement each time it rained. They ended up diagnosing the problem and the water proofing company came out to fix the concrete wall that sprouted the leak. I feel like this company stands behind the work they do and if I could give more stars I would. They deserve for all the best things to be said about them because they are top of the line contractors. Moral of this story, get the water proofing warranty when you buy your home, but more importantly, get these guys when you need your basement finished properly.
