(Review way overdue)…read more THIS PLACE, THESE AMAZING Human Beings !!! The Only thing that could improve Memory Matters is when they are blessed, to get an upgrade for their very much needed & well deserved own building. The entire community will be blessed with benefits. More like The Entire County! Janet & LuAnn are simply Angels ! Just to meet them is a blessing. Anyone who knows them I'm sure feels the same. My 1st encounter with Memory Matters was back in Oct 2021. I met Lucy & Joyce at a street type fair event. They were wonderful with my mother & I. These women were so kind & informative on what they do I just fell in love with the organization. The world needs more of these volunteers. I Highly encourage anyone to contact someone here & go check this place out. Get a tour, play games, have lunch, do crafts. Give back & Enjoy life .

What I didn't know is that Covid had gotten in the way of everything going on. Thankfully, LuAnn read my review & reached out immediately. We had a good meeting which enabled me to get things sorted out. Although my husband is getting much worse, I feel like we have options now. Dementia is nothing any of us plan for. The emotions that go along with living with a person with dementia aren't planned either. MMU can help the spouse/caregiver some much-needed support. LuAnn & the other angels at MMU are there because they CARE! They will take good care of your loved one so that you can, too.

My experience with Autumn Park Assisted Living Center in Washington, Utah has caused this to change as I could not have imagined a better experience as to their professionalism in a time of great need. They deserve my accolades and thus this posting! I live in California and when my cousin who lived in St. George needed better support and care than I could provide, Autumn Park was one of the six referrals that we explored. It ended up being the best, by far. The facility is top-notch, built to accommodate folks with many different need levels. The staff is dedicated to make their customer's experiences fulfilling, from the time of getting up in the morning to the games in the PM (and even the nighttime "check-on-yous"!). In addition, the administrative staff and owners (I spent considerable time with both) are as good as it gets (and a special shout out to the boss, Chris Holub, who is even better than the best!). I could not imagine the staff at Autumn Park providing a higher level of care, being better at communicating both expectations and the day-to-day realities, and having the professional experience to manage challenging customer's needs. They rock!

I can't say enough good things about every single staff member we worked with during my dad and stepmom's journey with them. I first reached out to Integrated when my dad needed home health services due to a chronic condition that he needed help with managing at home. Over the course of the next 2 1/2 years we continued to reach out to Integrated as the needs for my 92 year old dad and 90 year old stepmom increased. From the very first outreach I ever made to Integrated through the 2 1/2 year span of working with them, all of their employees were AMAZING! They worked with our family in almost every way, from home health nurses, to occupational and physical therapy, to what eventually evolved to needing a mobile medical provider and staff, hospital admissions, dementia diagnoses, and supporting us with love and compassion every step of the way, to transitioning my parents to assisted living in California where they are now closer to family. I truly believe everyone at Integrated is doing God's work and a blessing to all who are fortunate enough to encounter their services. A special shout out to Wendy Brown and Chris Huber whom we will never be able to thank enough. I would use their services a thousand times over for my loved ones and highly recommend them to anyone in need.

They did not know how to roll a patient to give a bed bath, they didn't know how to place a patient in the bed so the patient did not slide down. The second time she spread feces all over the bed with her dirty gloves. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. While the entire hospice industry in this…read morearea is trying to figure out how little they can do, and how little they can offer -- Pathway Hospice and Palliative Care, not only described how they will provide all the clinical care right in our home, providing nurse visits to manage medical conditions, and extensive aide hours to help with "activities of daily living" (we learned about that term) and that everyone is overseen by an experienced Doctor, not someone just out of NP school. They then started asking about other things we wanted to try, that could improve life. They called these Palliative Cares. And they are provided on top of all the Medicare Required Hospice Cares. We discussed house cleaning, and massage therapy, and whether we wanted someone to just be there for 4 or 5 hours at a time to give my mom a break to do some things for herself. It was an eye-opening experience just talking to them and realizing "What Could Be". We started to realize that all the things we thought about hospice were the result of less capable, less caring companies. And they weren't just talk, as soon as we said yes, they scheduled people to show up help. And everyone came in with a "how can I help" attitude. Then after a few weeks, we discussed again what was working well, what may not be useful and what other options we could choose. Certainly, having a family member pass away is a hard thing. But it couldn't have been a better experience than what we had with Pathway Hospice and Palliative Care.
