When we called her she continually refused to return calls concerning information regarding the property. We left numerous messages to no avail. Finally I text her and she still ignored our calls. Until I text her that I guess the only way I would get any answers was to show up at the real estate office, which she finally responded with this quote- "I don't have to talk to you" Now there had been no acrimony or terse communication thus far so I am Bewildered at her response. We were told that all the things we asked for were going to be done but it was a lie it was not done. For example the fire place was fixed incorrectly and when we turned it on the fire came shooting out at me and my kids. We were also told a termite inspection was done and come to find out it was only done on the inside. When we moved in the whole house full of termites real slick. Also we still have the lock box on our door sloppy looking no one has come to take it off. So many other things. I spoke to a lead there at the company and why didn't I know she never called us back. I should have known she would for look at the service we got. This is horrible we are sad when we supposed to happy and now trying to figure out this about the termites. I also have to buy Bo cutters to cut the lock box off. They got paid from the sale and left us hanging when I ask about speaking with the seller it's against the law. The manager from Keller said did you do your final walk thru well we are not handyman how do we know if things were fixed we asked if they were fixed correctly And we were told yes and they were not. We were lied to about the termite report this is not right this is our first home and got done like this. Your agent supposed to take care of you make sure smooth landing. Now we are in a bad situation and don't try calling them because they don't care. Trust I tried already and you. After moving out, they withheld a large portion of our security deposit for items that were already damaged when we moved in, claiming extensive repairs instead of acknowledging normal wear and tear and long-deferred maintenance. To make matters worse, the remaining deposit was not returned on time, requiring formal follow-up. I'm now having to take legal action to recoup my money. Even before the security deposit dispute, they were consistently unresponsive and rude. Routine maintenance requests were often ignored, delayed, or met with excuses, and there was a clear pattern of deferring maintenance rather than addressing issues properly. Problems that existed early on were left unresolved for years. This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and an apparent willingness to pass the cost of deferred maintenance on to tenants made this a company I would not rent from again. The pictures are of a garden box at the property that was completely falling apart. I asked for it to be fixed or removed, and my request was ignored.

I had to spend a considerable amount of time and money to get the house in shape. Seller did very little to remedy the situation. I would never trust making a deal with anyone they represent. In my experience, this realtor(s) failed to make sure his client came through with his obligations: delivering a home free of trash and in the condition it was advertised. My realtor requested a refund for the money I had to pay to clear out all of the trash left behind. I was never reimbursed. In case you are wondering, I pointed these things out during the final walk through, and I was told they would be taken care of.
