But since I really don't have much of another choice since everything else was so far away, I decided to gamble and hope for the best. I was completely surprised that not only did the driver come on time, he was actually a minute or two early! He was very amiable and didn't dilly dally to get to our destination. Even though he knew the fare wasn't going to be much (when I called the RSVP a few hours before pickup, I told dispatch exactly where I was going), he was still very efficient at getting me there quickly and gave me a very decent fare. So I tipped him the amount of the fare since he was so excelent.

The dispatcher was rushed and unintelligible. I was told the cab would arrive in 20 minutes. The…read moredriver called after 20 minutes had passed to say he was on the way. I was outside, waiting, for 45 minutes before the taxi arrived. His call To let me know he would be late, at least, was courteous. Then, the driver started taking me to the wrong hotel, in the complete opposite direction as mine. When I got in the car, I had told him the hotel name and the street it was on. I figured that would have been enough information. I gently corrected him and he reset the meter. He was relying in his personal smart phone for directions. Even though he reset the meter, the total fare was $3 more than the fare I paid from the hotel to the restaurant earlier that evening. These folks better hope Lyft or Uber do not take hold in this area, or they will certainly be out of business.

Never waited more then a couple minutes for him to get there and he helps me carry the groceries to my door. Even gave a couple of suggestions which would be closer for me to pick up some items. Compared to the others out there this works great for me!! And the PRICE IS Rite.

Driver in cab 81 never used his signal to indicate that he was getting into another lane, driver didn't even look over his shoulder to check if there was any one else in the lane. Well, in the lane he merged to there was motorcycle rider the driver almost hit the motorcycle rider. Beware of this driver, he could of killed the motorcycle rider. This is a very unprofessional driver, representing this taxi company. I will be reporting the incident to the proper authorities.

We waited longer than usual for the cab to show up. THEN they drove us literally 1.5 (no more than 2 miles) and charged us $13.00 with no way of clocking the mileage because they had no meter. This is a very unprofessional service and we will NEVER USE AGAIN! My husband and I are still in confusion about what just happened.
