That said, although the food was hot and delicious, there was a 30 min wait time in an otherwise empty restaurant. I also have to mention that the place could use a little tune-up--even with all the dim lighting, it's easy to see that there was not much cleaning or renovations done to make this establishment look presentable. It's clear that KOK's building used to be a German beer hall and not much restoration has been done to gut out the place and make it more appealing to diners. I also think that the wing sauces should feature a description of all the unique flavor variations so that customers understand what they are ordering. With all that in mind, I would still order takeout from this place because the wings are solid and the portion sizes are huge.
