Stock up, my friends. Another thing that I absolutely love love love about BBB is they carry some of the higher end brands that you can't find at other stores. Wanna test drive that Uppababy stroller you've been drooling over for the past few months? Check. They have it. The Babyzen Yoyo? Yup. Maclaren? Check. Baby Jogger? Yes. This is truly your one stop shop for everrrrything. It puts Target's baby section to absolute shame. I also loved how many examples they had out of everything. I saw multiple different Pack n Plays, tons and tons of cribs, and even more gliders. The "downside" to it being so massive and having everything is that it can be overwhelming. After an hour and a half in the stroller section, I was spent. But, it is absolutely the best store to go to to check out the items that you've registered for online in person.

They have everything that you'd want/need except I felt that they didn't have an equal number of products for both girls/guys. For example they only had girl car seat covers and none for boys (I was looking for a specific color). I walked by a few employees looking lost, because I was lost lol and no one offered to help. I finally went up front and asked one of the reps for assistance and then she started helping me and in fact she was very helpful the rest of the way. I felt overwhelmed in the store, I guess because I'm not a mom :) but I would imagine it to be a candy store for momma to be! Auntie to be, not so much! Oh, btw... There was a huge bug crawling all over the baby table! Yuck!

The woman appeared senior citizen looking 5'7 feet and plus size. While I was with my fiance the older looking woman went by the front door and tested the alarm. Please note another individual witnessed this situation too. The store appears racist towards black people from my personal experience of the close following. I did not see them follow white people/couples that were in store. It is sad and very unfortunate I was treated in this manner. I was raised to pay for anything I wanted and have done that as an educated, successful individual in the community.

We just requested a refund. We had a day scheduled for carpet installation and they claimed that…read moretheir service vehicle broke down. Today we were scheduled for the morning and they said the forklift wasn't working. Then they said it was working and said they could make it at 3pm instead. They called right before they were supposed to arrive and said they were caught up with another job and won't be able to make it. My fiancé used 2 days PTO which she will not get back. Not to mention the time waiting around for a "No Show" Company. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. We are on the community board in Rappahannock Landing and will be telling our friends and neighbors about our poor experiences with C & R Carpet and Rugs.
