My elderly parents had an issue with their Central Air Conditioning, and even though they aren't a customer themselves when I spoke with Jim he was willing to help. The technician he sent arrived exactly on-time and was thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The system was fixed in no time and my Mom & Dad were again comfortable during this heat wave. In this day and age of robocalls, automated phone scripts, and outsourced customer service it was a genuine pleasure to have my call answered immediately by a human being who understood my situation.
