My husband made several calls to the company as they claimed the manager was unavailable. She never called him back. He continued to call until he reached her that evening. Her response was there was nothing she could do. So it's okay for our property to be treated as a urinal? It's also okay to pull out your genitals in public. You passed many fast food chains to get to my home. As well as we are located at the most 10 minutes from your base. If this is the type of behavior they allow from their employees they are not worthy of our hard earned dollars. And if you can't respect my family and my property we will never do business with you nor recommend you to anyone ever again.

The system was fixed in no time and my Mom & Dad were again comfortable during this heat wave.
