I wish I took pictures but I didn't. The shallow end starts at 3.5 ft and goes to 10.5 ft I believe. Everyone can go to 3.5 ft, but if you want to go to the deeper areas or diving board you have to do a test to earn a wristband. You swim (the short way) across the pool however you want, you just cannot touch the bottom of the pool. The pool is so clean and feels so fresh. My son I have a bet, we wonder how long it would take to fill up the entire pool with only one hose on full blast... What do you think?? The facilities are just OKAY - it is a large facility, it's is also older (our 82 year old Nonna has fond memories of using the diving board when she was a kid!) but it does the job. There is lots of lifeguards on duty so you can rest assured that your crew will be well looked after. I really liked this because it wasn't too busy and I could still enjoy the other tasks I had to do throughout the day. It was great to start my Sunday at Asha and the start of my week! I experienced restoration of my well being through water and heat at Asha. The soak was nourishing and relaxing. This was my first cold plunge experience and I really enjoyed it. I felt awake after! The sauna was great. It was my first time doing that too. It was soothing and my skin felt so great after this whole experience. The customer service is great when you check in and out. I wasn't the only newbie and it was wonderful to have the kind staff tell us about what to expect with the lockers, changing rooms and showers. There's parking in the lot by the building and street parking. Check out this bathhouse for a relaxing vibe! I cannot wait to go back.

We have been members for the last year, and my girls (9,7,5) love going. They are treated with incredible love and respect by all the members and there are currently several families with kids, ranging from 5-14 years old. Yes, it's naked. Yes, you will see naked people. Yes, you will be naked! Kids under 18 do not have to be naked if they don't want to, but adults are expected to be clothes-free most of the time. Let me tell you why Sequoians is walking the walk on inclusivity, and why it isn't creepy. 1) Creepiness is gross and bad for all ages; sexualizing kids is wrong, full stop. 2) Creepiness is bad for business! Getting accused of improper activities is bad for business! Sequoians, and nudists in general, have a vested interest in keeping their spaces safe for everyone. 3) Inclusivity is more fun! More people can be included and feel safe, and that feels good. Therefore: Sequoians makes a big deal of vetting potential members, and everyone is educated about body positivity and etiquette. You see consent engagements in real life, in terms of playing with the kids, hanging out in shared spaces, keeping spaces clean, and working together for the benefit of everyone. We've been to Antelope Aquatic Center a few times now, and overall, we've really enjoyed it!…read more One thing I especially want to mention is the lifeguards. They're young, but they are SO attentive and constantly watching the pool. You can really tell they're well-trained and take their job seriously. As a parent, it makes you feel a lot more comfortable knowing they're actually paying attention and keeping an eye on everything. Another big plus is that you can have a birthday party or small celebration there. You can bring your own pizza, food, cake, etc., and enjoy your celebration without having to deal with extra fees or complicated rules about bringing your own food. That's honestly so convenient for kids' parties! The only thing I'd mention as a small downside is that the water in the kids' area can be pretty cold. Especially when it's not super hot outside, it's not very comfortable for kids to stay in the water for a long time. The water in the main lap pool, though, feels perfectly comfortable for swimming. Other than that, we've had a great experience and will definitely be back!
