This place is a gem, they know what they are doing and really take the time to take care of you. Pros: they offer a new therapist rate and I highly recommend trying that out. It's $55/hour so it's worth a shot. I usually book in the evenings so parking isn't an issue. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. Booking is easy and I've had to change my appointments a few times which you can do through phone or text. Gilberto has taken the time to explain things and the areas he works on. From the attendants to the nurse practitioners Manager was attentive and caring the first visit when our son was not agreeable to go in to the appt She came out to the parking area and gently suggested he give them the opportunity to care for his wound. They even brought an attendant with a wheelchair and two helpers to attend to his need. Thank you each and all as this wound has been deep and stubborn to heal correctly and healthfully. With that said I have been stricken with the most painful condition and I have ulcers all over my lower leg and when I go to my wound care appointments it for debridement where the np takes scalpel and scrapes away dead tissue on the wound bed. Mind melting pain. Although the staff is friendly, there are issues I have with this business. Although I have made it clear that I need to have my appointments no earlier than 11 am they have not given me a consistent appointment time and try to schedule me before 10. Also, they deal with a medical supply company called Byrahm and they are highly incompetent. My biggest concern is about the fact that the business makes a ton of money but have not used that money to update their debridement tools. Still using scalples which causes me tremendous pain when they have sonic high frequency debtifement tools available that cause no pain and speed the healing process up significantly. I just want to get better. Active life is not doing a good job with that.

I found this place thanks to Offbeat Coffee a couple shops down the plaza. We decided to book a room for a friend's birthday, and I initially thought "no way this is worth the money". Um... long story short, you quickly find out how much pent up anger/energy you have when you get to swinging. A couple of downsides-- while there were three of us, only two of us took our rage out. There aren't that many items, so we found that the 20 minute time limit was more than enough. We (as in the two of us) pretty much destroyed everything to pieces in 10 minutes. If you decide that you want to go with a bigger group, definitely upgrade and purchase more items to smash. Also, we came at peak 100 degree weather and this place is not air conditioned. By the end of this, we were covered in sweat, especially because the safety hats and gloves are required in the rage rooms as well. So I'd make note of that before your visit. Other than that, staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Which was a great addition to where we even went back to spin it again for the course ahead. Overall, this whole experience was really fun & a cute idea for a date night or even to just go with friends & family. They do offer a birthday room, which we seen on the way out. My second visit here (first time was when Acme had just opened in 2023), this time as part of a…read moreteambuilding outing for work. It was indoors and underground and perfect for a rainy day group activity! We actually parked at DOCO for lunch and it was an easy walk to Old Sac. It just so happened to fall on May the 4th so there was Star Wars music the whole time and themed lights. Also some Cinco de Mayo decor along the course as well. We did the full 18 holes as three separate groups of 4, staggered, pencil scorecards. The theme is Gold Rush and the gal giving the intro spiel was really into it. You're starting from Missouri on your way to Sacramento, gathering supplies and surviving the journey with hopes of striking gold. Rules (no big swings, play thru) and putters/balls provided. Each part of the course had detailed murals and props to make it feel immersive. Examples include longhorn cows, snowy pine trees, wagon wheels, TNT dynamite, a saloon, a jail, even the river itself. Some holes had spinner wheels which gave bonuses or handicaps. Hole #1 had temporary obstacles (buckets) but that was the only one. Some holes straightforward but others challenging to complete in less than 3 strokes. Overall a fun activity. Good luck going for a hole in one! Par for each hole ranges from 1 to 5 depending on difficulty. Always neat to roam the historical Old Sac underground city sections. Since you are underground though, phone/data signal might be weak, keep in mind if you need to add more time to metered parking via an app or something. The rest of this week they have Cinco de Mayo, Revenge of the Sixth, and Mother's Day free photobooth session. They do have upgrades and different pricing for adults, seniors, kids. Snacks and drinks available for purchase too. Located next to Vampire Penguin, down the stairs.
