What a fantastic find! When I bought my house, I had new gutters installed with a leaf guard. Fancy! About a year later, a tree branch kind of bang the gutters and that's when the problem all started. I had a bunch of water eventually dripping from my fascia board. Not cool! So I tried calling a couple of other companies and all they did was make this way worse! Enter south side gutters! Daniel came out and was a super cool dude. I really like them! We talked about gutter size, colors and the best way to fix this problem. Got my estimate, great price! No complaints so I said sure, come on by and replace my gutters! Less than a week later, Colin and another guy came out to pop up these gutters. It took them less than a day. These gutters look fantastic! No gutter guard needed because they're 6-inch gutters. That's right, 6-in gutters! Better price then you'll find for 5-in. And I'm telling you, it's totally worth it. Take it from experience, do not fall for these companies that tell you they'll just give you a bigger downspout with 5-in gutters. That does not work! You really do need these 6-inch gutters. And these guys are amazing! I had zero dripping from my fascia board. These things look great! I actually hear water going through my gutters as opposed to just dripping all over the ground. We walked through everything I wanted done, and he took the time to understand exactly what issues I was trying to fix. I don't know how I slacked on leaving a review for Southside before now! Colin and his team are wonderful. In around 2021 I had Colin redo about half of the existing gutters on my 3800+ sq. ft. home in Lago Mar bc I had overflow issues. He immediately was able to solve my water issues. I was struck by how polite, professional, and reasonable his prices were when compared to some others. Install was a breeze and they didn't even leave so much as a scrap of trash behind. We just completed a new build in Shadowlawn and needed gutters - I didn't even consider anyone else after the past experience I had with Colin. Kyle promptly gave us an estimate and we scheduled with the team. Colin showed up on time, again super polite and respectful, excellent job of beautiful whole home black gutters. They're very careful and respectful of your personal property (which is rare) and take care to make sure everything looks great, they anticipate the water issues, and take care of the customer. We had a small issue of water around the front porch entry with heavy rains and they came back and took care of it within a week, no issues and no questions. Getting up in age and tired of dealing with gutter cleaning tasks, I contacted Southside Seamless Gutters and got a quick response and free home visit for a gutter guard estimate. Colin was very punctual, professional, and gave excellent advice and recommendations. Instead of just slapping up a cheap product and being done, he took the time to explain the reasons for overflow and options to help alleviate that issue. He resized gutters where needed, but not overselling where not needed. When asked to come back to do the job, Colin and his associate, Daniel, was on time and completely prepared. The two worked together to remove and install gutter where needed and attach gutter guards for the entire house. They worked as a team and got the job done.
