Very disappointing experience. We made the trip to this location specifically to pick up a table…read moreafter previously providing a deposit to have it held for us. Based on our conversations with the store, we expected the table to be in good condition and ready for us to take home. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that the table was scratched and damaged. The employee was aware of its condition, but this was not disclosed to us beforehand. To clarify the owner's response, we were offered a second table. Unfortunately, that table was also scratched and damaged. So while two tables were technically presented to us, neither was in the condition we reasonably expected when we made the trip to pick up the table we had placed a deposit on. We did discuss the possibility of taking the display table and asked whether an additional discount could be provided because of its condition. However, the discount was never the main issue. Asking whether a damaged display table could be discounted further after discovering the damage is very different from being upset simply because the store would not lower its price. Our primary concern was that we had already provided a deposit and made the trip expecting to take home a table in good condition, yet both options presented to us had visible damage that had not been communicated beforehand. Had we known the actual condition of the tables, we could have made an informed decision before spending the time, fuel, and effort to make the trip. The experience became even more frustrating when we decided not to purchase either damaged table and requested our deposit back. It appeared to us that there was hesitation about returning the deposit, and I ultimately had to insist that Carlos, the employee assisting us at the store, process the refund before we left the location. Considering that we were declining the purchase because neither table was in the expected condition, getting our deposit returned should not have added additional frustration to the experience. The in-person customer service was also not what we expected based on the service we received over the phone. Our phone interaction gave us a much better impression of the business, but unfortunately that level of service did not carry over once we arrived. The owner states that they "always try to be transparent with our customers." In our situation, transparency would have been very simple: tell us before we made the trip that the tables had scratches or damage. We could then have decided whether we were comfortable with their condition before driving to the store. To be clear, this review is not about the store refusing to give us an additional discount. It is about the condition of the merchandise not being disclosed before our trip, both tables presented to us having damage, the difference between the service we received over the phone and in person, and the unnecessary difficulty we experienced when requesting the return of our deposit. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing furniture here ask for current photos, confirm the exact condition of the specific item being held, and clarify the deposit/refund terms before making the drive or paying anything. Better communication, upfront disclosure about damaged merchandise, and a smoother customer service experience would have made a significant difference.

Plus once I saw they were dog friendly I was more than happy to add this to my weekend errand list since she could tag along. We were greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed help. We weren't looking super hard for anything in particular but did mention I'd like to find butterfly pea, but it wasnt something they had. Not surprising and didn't affect the overall experience. Jared is who came over and helped us and explained a bit about how they care for their plants and what services they offer. And even took down my number in the case he hears about how to get that plant. Told us they hold events there, so I'll have to look into it! I did really like how they had a dedicated room for indoor plants, not alot of places have that. I ended up getting a peace lily for $10 and shes still looking great 2 weeks later. We were also given a jug of their moon juice which we've just started using for most of our plants, excited to see if it does really help out. I wasnt quite sure if theyd be OK with my dog being brought into the indoor plant area or the office area where you go to pay but they held the door open for her and gave her her space. So it set a really good impression. This place is definitely where I'd go if I had my own property and want working with a blank/empty space. Compared to other nurseries you'll find much bigger plants/trees here.

I used to praise how well organized and friendly service they provided few years ago. Not sure what changed. One recent shopping experience got me going last summer. I ordered a bathroom fixture online. It said I had until July 10 to pick up or it will get canceled. On July 3, I got an email notification from credit card company as the charge was reversed. How rude!!! No one bother to contact me first. I ended up buying at Lowe's. Then, there was another time during a heavy rainstorm. The garden center entrance was closed. So I walked around through inside of the store. I stood in front of automatic door for a minute. "Hey. Open this damn door." I even try to pry it with my fingers (silly me). Finally, I walked around to its 2nd entrance in the back. Guess what I saw? I giant water fall from the ceiling of this greenhouse to the ground. That was spectacular, watch my video. Ah, if closing the doors was for safety reason, why didn't you put a sign at the door and in the garden center to tell people stay away.
