Thank you Seattle for an amazing trip Thank you Southwest Airlines for a safe ride and for pointing out the comet and for bringing me home safe

Always enjoy flying Southwest. Came in from Seattle and the flight crew was hilarious. They even put some passengers in their place (e.g., swearing). This flight had a young child and they made sure to escort him off first. Planes are clean too. Make sure to get early bird if you can. We'll worth it.

I really love southwest and have been faithful for the most part for many years. I just love how they keep it light and the seating policy, even though people are always trying to board out of order. I had one issue in Colorado and the luggage took 4ever. When that happened they told us we would have points automatically added to our flight. That happened but it took about 5 phone calls to come to fruition. I was surprised that i had to beg.

Had to fly to Seattle on short notice, and this airline by far had the best rates available!!! The best thing about my flight was I had the whole row to myself, both ways. I know that will never happen again though. Easy check in 24 hours before, no carry on baggage issues, and friendly flight attendants!! What more can one ask for??!!

If you ever travel with a pet never travel with Southwest. I had booked a flight with Southwest to move with my 10 lb Pomeranian, Fynn. He rides in the cabin and for most airlines he typically needs to be checked in on arrival, not before. This flight is to Hawaii and when taking a dog to Hawaii there are many health checks that need to be done outside of the airline to grant the pet access to Hawaii. Southwest recently decided to stop allowing animals to fly to Hawaii to my own surprise and the surprise of the staff at Seattle International Airport. My dog has traveled with me on every flight since I have had him, and I have been able to take him on flights without any problems for 9 years. Now Southwest is refusing to provide a refund outside of points to their airline which I can no longer use because of their now policy. So at 3 AM I am down hundreds of dollars and forced to book an immediate flight with an airline that I can actually fly with. (Here is a picture of Fynn for reference)

The Southwest Team at SeaTac airport are very helpful and efficient. My travel experience went as scheduled, with no issues. The only thing that was noticeably different than most Southwest locations is the counter staff seem very tired and stressed out, normally Southwest employees are upbeat and friendly. This didn't detract from my seamless trip, overall I was very pleased.

I traveled with this airline recently, and the overall experience was smooth and well coordinated. From booking the ticket to collecting my baggage at the destination, the process felt organized and passenger-friendly. The ticket was booked online a few days before departure. The website was easy to navigate, and all important details such as flight schedule, fare summary, baggage allowance, and seat selection were clearly mentioned. The payment process was quick, and I received confirmation immediately, which gave me confidence that everything was properly arranged. On the day of travel, I completed web check-in to avoid waiting in long lines. At the airport, the ground staff were polite and professional while assisting passengers. They managed the counters efficiently and handled queries calmly. Boarding was announced clearly and carried out in an orderly manner. The flight departed close to its scheduled time, which made the experience more convenient. Inside the aircraft, the cabin was clean and well maintained. The seating was comfortable for an economy-class flight, and the leg space was reasonable. The cabin environment felt calm throughout the journey. The crew members were friendly, attentive, and professional. They responded quickly whenever assistance was required and ensured passengers were comfortable. In-flight service was satisfactory. Meals and beverages were served on time, and the quality was decent. Safety instructions were explained clearly before takeoff, and the crew ensured all guidelines were followed properly. Their communication was polite and reassuring, which added to the overall positive experience. The landing was smooth, and the arrival procedures were handled efficiently. Disembarkation was managed properly, and baggage delivery was timely. My luggage arrived safely without any damage or delay. Overall, the journey was comfortable and hassle-free. While there is always room for minor improvements, such as additional entertainment options or expanded meal choices, the overall service quality was reliable. Based on this experience, I would consider choosing this airline again for future travel.!!

My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! On the return trip once again the flight was delayed by several hours causing us to not be able to make the connecting flight. Called United and was told they could give a food voucher!!! I explained I did not want a voucher I needed a change of my connecting flight as the delay on the first flight would cause us to miss our connection and again not be able to use prepaid shuttle. You will be pestered with emails suggesting to pay for this and that in advance to make your trip more pleasant or predictable. You MAY be asked to prove that your hand luggage fits in their size bins (there were two next to my gate with stern warnings, so you can try in advance). You CAN pay through the app in the airport if you need to convert your personal item into a carry-on but that will eat some of the savings. The seats do not tilt; because of that the seating area is actually wider and pant size 42 man comfortably fits with no intrusion to the neighboring space. IMHO 44 should fit too. Your flight crew WILL be nice and bottomless tea or coffee will be 4 bucks. The lavatory is, probably, not cleaned between the flights. I was first and the seat was already "sprinkled" and one of two rolls of toilet paper was already down to the bare core. Short delays are very common with Frontier (at least on LAX-SEA they are) but usually they recover most of it through the flight. My flight left 20 minutes late but arrived on-time. If you fly with just the "personal item" AKA small backpack 18x14x8", accept the toilet situation (I am not saying that they never clean, only that on my flight it was not - for sure), and OK with the need to walk / take a free shuttle from the gate to the airplane, you will save 35%. If you have carry on, you will save ~15%, and if you are flexible with your travel dates, you will fly half-price comparing to the major airlines. The caveat is the usual - no changes and no upgrades of anything.

There was a woman and a man who were in the back of the plane where the restrooms are. Before the flight even took off, the woman said to her male coworker that "the higher ups" don't like her and that's why she's in the back. They then continued talking extremely loudly to the extent that I and several people seated near me thought the conversation was coming out of the overhead speakers. Their conversations consisted of a kind of flirty exchange where the woman was sharing her entire dating life, stories about being drunk and even saying that she has 6 months clean. They continued talking extremely loudly despite multiple passengers looking back and questioning how they could be so unaware. The plane was extremely quiet as many people were returning from Las Vegas so extremely tired and trying to nap. After about 45 minutes, I went to the bathroom near them and politely asked if they realized that the whole back half of the plane e could hear their entire conversation. The response was that this is how they keep themselves awake on the job and began laughing and exchanging undermining and outwardly rude glances. I went back to my seat and about 10 minutes later, a man who was two rows from the back of the plane stood up and asked something similar to the following...would you guys mind keeping it down? We have spent the entire time on this flight listening to your discussions about inappropriate subjects and we would appreciate it if you would remain professional and spare us the details of your personal lives. They laughed and did not respond at which point t he said, "no wonder the higher up's don't like you." They continued to converse loudly and snicker about the passengers requests. At one point a different flight attendant approached them and we thought she would be asking them to quiet down but within moments she was laughing and clearly not informing them that they were out of line. At this time, I was filming and attempting to Document the situation. The woman then approached my seat and demanded that I stop recording. She had a red card and said if I did not stop recording she would hand the red card and I would be met by the police upon landing. When I tried to explain the situation, she said that she was unaware of that and when I asked for a supervisor, she stated the there was no supervisor on board and reminded me that it is against privacy rules to Record anyone without their permission. Overall, this was the worst flight I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was astounding. I will never fly with Frontier again.

Before I made the reservation I somehow did not see the 55 minute connection in Paris but I certainly noticed after I bought the ticket. I called the airline and they said people make th3 connection all the time with no issues. On the return travel day, we departed Marsellie 10 minutes late. Upon landing the pilot of our Air France plane said we arrived only 5 minutes late. After pulling up to the gate, there was no announcement about letting transferring passengers deplane first. By the way, We were assigned seats by the airline in the back of the plane. We had also been told our arriving and departing planes would be relatively close. We landed at 2F and had to get to 2E Gate L53. After getting off the plane we scurried ahead to find Passport control and only 4 agents working a line of 200 people. 2 of the 4 agents were helping priority customers only, like first class. The other 2 were helping the vast majority of us. After 25 minutes we made it through Passport control. We then ran. We ran and ran. We ran on the moving sidewalks and shouted "pardon" in French a hundred times. By the time we got to L53 we discovered the gates were nearly as far apart as possible within the terminal 2. Anyway, our flight was to depart at 1:10 pm. We arrived panting at 1pm. They asked us who we were and entered our names and then wouldn't talk to us for another 5 minutes when I finally blurted out, are we going to be able to get in the flight or not? They said "Sorry to say you have missed your flight". A moment before she said this I saw AFrance escorting a passenger down the gangway, probably a first class passenger, we were just steerage. At 1:20, 20 minutes after we arrived, we were sent away to another desk to try and find a different flight. As we walked away, our plane we should have been on was still sitting there. By the way, I heard Air France tell 6 other customers the same thing, "Sorry YOU have missed your flight" rather than the appropriate "Sorry, WE caused you to miss your connection ". We ended up getting home only 5 hours later than anticipated but we had the worst seats imaginable on our remaining flights, and of course we did not get to sit together!! I don't think I will fly Air France again, ever.

My extra $140 got us assigned seating to sit next to my partner for both flights near the front of the plane for both legs. The airline is known for offering flights to the most destinations around the world. I flew on Turkish a few years ago from Seattle to Thessaloniki via Istanbul during spring break. They use Dreamliner planes and serve tasty meals on all flights, including my short haul flights to and from Greece. The IFE system has extensive entertainment and they give all passengers an amenity bag on long haul flights. Lastly, the baggage allowance is generous as you can check in 2 bags. I do also want to bring up some items to consider booking on Turkish. My flight to Istanbul was nearly a hour late, but I still made my connection. Try not to book flights with short layovers. Also some of the connections have long layovers to destinations in the Middle East and Central Asia with flights arriving at odd hours. You may want to consider doing a stopover in Istanbul instead, which Turkish has a good program for. Lastly, gate security in Istanbul is extensive. So expect a thorough check of your carryon items before your flight. Overall, I enjoyed flying on Turkish. It is a well run airline with good fares to Europe and a great in-flight experience. Had amazing experience flying from Seattle to Helsinki to my home country Latvia with Finnair…read more Finnair expanded their flights and I was happy to see that I can fly trough Helsinki instead of Frankfurt to my home country out of Seattle because layover was shorter and it's also only 1 hour flight from Helsinki to Riga. Finnair partner up with British airways business lounge and it was very decent food and drinks (compare what I had with Lufthansa last year few celery sticks and a cookie). The lounge wasn't so big and one can hear some rude people speaking loud on their phones but it had a nice view of the runway. Our flight was on time and I was settling in my Business class seat after short boarding process. They welcomed me with the drink ( I choose their signature blueberry juice and Northern Blush cocktail -must try) and they also provide amenity kit (which was disappointing) It didn't had toothbrush or any socks, also their cream had very bad smell and texture. I hope they will improve that. The wireless phone charger didn't work for me because my phone has a case and it was not picking it up. Pillow blanket and pad were provided, also I noticed that I didn't got any slippers because when I was leaving the plane I saw many people had same slippers. Food was very good on the way there. I had for an appetizer crab meat with mayo mousse, caprese salad and nice piece of salmon with veggies. For dessert I had raspberry tart with tea. And plenty of blueberry juice- thats my favorite! (Unfortunately food on the way back wasn't great. They ran out of their signature drink Northern Blush at Helsinki which is Finnair hub!!! Smocked salmon on the way back was too salty and too smocked. Weird food options like shrimp quiche for breakfast or pork dinner which is not so appealing even to person that doesn't have any dietary restrictions. Both breakfast and dinner were bad, breakfast looked poor and tasted poor and dinner I couldn't even eat. Also why to serve cauliflower as a side on a long haul flights). Important to note seat doesn't recline but it lay flat! So you can't adjust it for a recliner like on other planes. Also belt is like in a car. But it didn't bothered me because I could adjust leg part of the seat but not the back. Entertainment was good and they had a lot of good new movies available. I wasn't bored at all! I watch Missis Harris goes to Paris (what an amazing inspirational movie) and The unbearable weight of massive talent. Bed was cozy and I had 4 h nap and woke up to breakfast. Hour and a half before landing in Helsinki they served us Breakfast which was very generous. It had cheese & ham, croissant, bread muffin, fruits, omelette, yogurt and mini jam. I was full and ready to spend 6 h layover at Helsinki! (Originally was 1h40m but then they changed it) Enjoyed my flight and definetely will consider again. Hopefully they will keep their good pricing compare to Swiss and Lufthansa!

I recently flew with Finnair from Seattle, WA to Vilnius, Lithuania; it was a wonderful experience…read morefrom start to finish. I was a bit skeptical at first as I had originally booked with British Air, only to find out that the flights were operated by Finnair. Thankfully, there was clear communication regarding flight details once booked. Onboard, the cabin crew were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all passengers were comfortable. The meals served were well proportioned for "airline food." You must try their signature blueberry juice! There was a slight delay departing Seattle, but I had no issues with my connecting flight in Helsinki. All of my other flights took off on time, and we arrived a few minutes early each time. The only drawback is with luggage. My particular ticket was for carry-on luggage only. Finnair has a max combined weight of 8kg (~17.5 lbs), which can be difficult to meet with most suitcases. I used a light-weight travel backpack and just barely made the cutoff. Overall, Finnair exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for anyone traveling from Seattle, WA to Vilnius, Lithuania. I will be flying with Finnair again!
