She made my purchase of cushions for the 4 club chairs we bought at the recent sale very easy. That call never came until I followed up on social media three days later. It wasn't until August 27 that I finally heard from someone to schedule the delivery. On September 11, the delivery arrived, but one of the pieces was not what I had ordered. I immediately called customer service and sent photos of the correct item. They did offer to refund the incorrect item, but instead of taking ownership, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I also requested a refund of the $99 delivery fee, since the service I paid for (delivering the correct items) wasn't fulfilled. Later, I saw some internal emails by mistake, and it became clear they had no intention of refunding the delivery fee. The whole interaction left me feeling disappointed and puzzled as to why they wouldn't just refund such a small fee to keep a customer. Despite being excited about the furniture itself, this experience has soured me on purchasing from them again. My advice: take photos of everything you buy and be prepared for potential issues. If they're willing to lose a customer over $99, it raises concerns about their overall business practices.

While building it, the included nails were breaking from hammering, and we were not using excessive force. We had to substitute with our own nails. Additionally, several hardware pieces do not tighten, and we noticed multiple cracks and flaws. We're going to have to do a lot of patchwork to make this bed safe for our son. Additionally, we ordered a mattress to go with the frame. A few days after ordering the mattress, I received a call that the mattress was out of stock. I find it surprising that we were able to order the mattress in the first place, and there wasn't any way to know at the time of order that the mattress was not available. I expected better customer service. Definitely disappointed in this retailer. :(

Beware of any products from Sam's Gazebo in Gardenia. Come view the product that they have installed at my home as an example of their quality work. I'm sure you would not purchase this type of "quality". We have now used 10 tubes of Caulking to try to correct the problems in novice workmanship that left gaps everywhere and now cracks in the boards.
